As usual! Great service, great quality food, amazing cleanliness! Every time I walk in the restaurant and I have no issues I know its because Ally (a Manager) is on the floor! No matter if its going down with a room full of customers, or shes on her lunch break, Ally always greets me with a warm welcome! first of all who does that nowadays, its rare and really drives me to come in and order with confidence! Ally keeps her floor organized, and I know this because the restaurant is running at optimal performance, and you her managing skill are superb because her workers are never in a grumpy mood or under stress like other restaurants. Ally is a great leader because I first had have seen her on the line at peak times, restocking the cutlery, heck even grab a mop and hit the floors, now that's pride in her work. Honestly every time I walk into the restaurant you'll catch me praying she's on her shift because nobody else runs that restaurant like she does, at first I thought she was the owner, but judging by her grand effort of work and dedication invested into the restaurant, you wouldn't be guess otherwise. He insisted so, I wanted to give it a 2nd chance and it was AWFUL today (the 2 works the man with beard and the lady were very nice and great works maybe have them at the register and have the young blond boy FIRE! The young blond boy that was on Register duty today should be more pleasant meaning more nicer to customers.If you don't want to work there then you should change up your Career(Job) .Spoke to the manger and Had to cut him off while he was about to explain the situation because obviously The young blond man explain the situation all wrong. AND FOOD IS ALL THE WAY DOWN NOT EVEN FULL..ALL OF CONTAINERS OF FOOD WAS HALF WAY EMPTY..DISGUSTING AND DISSAPPOINT..just order a family meal a few minutes ago..Dont do it ..it says it feeds 4-5people lies ..look at the proportions of food ...rice looks not even great....it just plain rice with a few cilantro..steak amount is only for about 3 people..so , don't waste your money for the family meal that it almost $60 dollars..never again ill order from this place...the amount of food is similar to a bowl amount...it not even full amount on container..so disappointing..I should had order somewhere else...
Read moreUsually I have a good experience when eating here at Qdoba, but today it was far from that. I went in at around 1830 for a Chicken Quesadilla. The manager (woman) asked if I wanted pico de gallo, guac and sour cream. I said no to the pico and sour cream and asked for a little extra guacamole. She proceeded to tell me it would be 2$ additionally for extra guacamole. (I only wanted a little bit). I told her I've come here many times and no one has ever told me that or charged me extra for getting more guacamole. She was rather rude about it but I let it be. She then told everyone in front of me that they weren't allowed to serve more guacamole unless the customer pays extra (a little unnecessary if you ask me, and she could've informed them after I left, but I guess she needed to make a point🙄). Then I ask for some lettuce in my to go box and she grabs it and walks to where my quesadilla is and puts it there. I asked for some hot habanero sauce and she ends up giving me salsa.. which I didn't even know Qdoba carried? When I get home I realize my chicken is burnt and my lettuce has weird red marks on it and looks disgusting. Disappointed to say the least. I would expect better customer service especially coming...
