Taylor is amazing. I picked up my coffee, then walked around to do some shopping. I'm pretty sure my half-asleep, exhausted-from-studying mom brain left my coffee while I was sniffing some Yankee Candle plug-in scents, but when I went back to look for it, someone had already thrown it away (or maybe I left it somewhere else, who knows?!). I work in the area and get coffee here 3-4 times per week. I either use the order ahead app, (when it is working) or go in store. 75% of the time my order is made wrong. One of their signature drinks, too! A Grande MOCHA without whipcream. How hard is that? Yet, 3 out of 4 drinks that get put on the counter is a WHITE Mocha.There is a sticker on the cup clearly stating MOCHA. 🤔 Your baristas need to pay more attention to what they are making. Nice store, lots of seating (without Covid) but there is still a good bit of seating you can eat at now. MASKS REQUIRED. New store but old or incorrectly installed machines slow things down. Staff is nice, some of them are new you can tell but all hard workers, steady busy but morning, lunch and near closing are fairly busy.
