I ordered online so that I could avoid their very long line. When I get there and tell him my name; he says my order isn't ready... BUT another person gets theirs immediately! So I asked myself "why didn't he check the meals that were already sitting on the counter?" Turns out he was about to give it to somebody else! So once the other woman gets her food automatically I stand there and I asked "are you sure that's not my food sitting right here?" Once again I'm asked for my name AND I showed my email confirmation. I repeat my name and all of a sudden that order sitting there IS MINE AND IS READY. I was so frustrated that a person who works in a fast food environment wouldn't try harder to satisfy the customer and double check. Not only was I told my food wasn't ready but not acknowledged. Was I too black to have ordered that food? Hmm why was I ignored and denied. Wow slim chickens you guys just dissatisfied a family of 4 as customers due to the fact your employees don't care to check and see if a person food is ready. Not only was I denied my food but I DIDNT get my pecan cheesecake, how did I forget my cheesecake? Well I had to be passive aggressive to an aggressive employee who paid 0 attention. I work in a restaurant so I KNOW how fast paced and demanding it can be. But to look a customer in the eyes tell them their order isn't ready when it's clearly right in front of their face AND to forget a $7 item.... First, the menu board was really hard to read the description of the products ( too small), so I asked the cashier while I was ordering and she was acting like “you should have know what it is” (well, it my first time in my life having slim chickens) and then I asked about the sauce, here she goes again “you told me you want the slim sauce, it’s on your receipt!” - I know it’s a long line, but do I not allowed to ask question? And sorry, it wasn’t on my receipt 🤷🏻♀️ Cuz I didn’t say what sauce I want. And I got the cheddar wrap and it was really dry (no sauce in the wrap?) - of course, I didn’t get to pick the sauce, so I don’t have anything I can’t put in the wrap, so I wasn’t impressed with the food either.
