Bye Bye Gluten Bakery — Restaurant in Durham

Friends sent me cupcakes (lemon poppyseed) and chocolate chip cookies as a surprise, delivered to my door by Teresa herself. Both the cupcakes and the cookies are FABULOUS. I have celiac and have eaten a LOT of gluten free baked goods over the years (both store bought and homemade), and these are definitely some of the best that I've had. They're incredibly delicious not just by the standards of GF baked goods, but baked goods in general! Nice and soft and not crumbly. I'd absolutely order from here...
