Updated: August 2023 I first gave a 1 star review of this shop in early 2023 when it opened. The portions were initially extremely small with disappointing flavor and taste of the ice cream. However, in the last few months they have made significant changes to improve the flavor/taste of the ice cream, increase portions, and expand their menu. I was extremely pleased going for a second time. I got "Peanut Butter Cookie Dough" and it was excellent!! They really packed the "Freshman" (small) with a good portion of ice cream. A BIG change from last time. Price hasn't changed but for the portion it makes a big difference! I went for my first time with my boyfriend this evening after dinner at Clark’s. The two girls behind the counter were unprofessional, didn’t greet us or ask what we wanted just sat there chatting (including using profanity). They Interrupted us while ordering to continue talking to each other. One of the girls corrected the other and she whined quite loudly and threw her trash away as if she was throwing a tantrum. Great place for ice cream, floats, and frappes. Brownie and cookie based sundaes, ice cream sandwiches, soft-serve, hard, chiffon, even some dairy free choices. Get as creative as you want, they are happy to accommodate the pickiest of us. Line moves quickly even when it's out the door. Easy to get to from UNH or downtown. Very clean. Super friendly staff.
