On 11-18-24, I went inside with the intention of eating my sandwich inside while the croissant was still hot and after waiting in line for a while we were told "kiosk order only unless you are paying with cash" so basically they refused to take our orders at the register. There was an older man in front of me that left the store as well and I was forced to placed my order at the drive through. Customer service and customer experience can often break or make restaurants, and I know there are a lot of older people that just don't know how to use phone applications or kiosks. Also there are special requestsor orders that aren't found on the phone's application or kiosks. The young lady behind the counter handed me the box of Joe and a bag, I asked her twice if everything was in the bag, she said twice “yes”. And of course, when I got to my clients office, no sandwich. Should I have checked before I left, sure… But I was in a hurry. After driving across town, and then driving back, the young woman reached behind the counter and handed me the sandwich that had been now been sitting there for over 30 minutes Without an apology.
