Went for lunch. Service started out well. As the lunch progressed, service became slow. A member of the party asked for hot sauce that took several minutes to arrive. We also asked for another basket of tortillas which were slow to arrive. Another member if the party's meal was incorrect. Now onto my meal. I asked for a chicken and cheese quesadilla. Chicken and cheese ONLY. I made that quite clear. The server never said to me that the shredded chicken mixture had onions and peppers in it. They charged me $.50 per quesadilla for this shredded chicken mixture. I sent it back and asked for chicken and cheese only, again. This time it was brought out with grilled chicken. Ok fine. When I received my bill, I couldn't figure out what all of the up charges were. They charged me another $.50 per quesadilla for the grilled chicken and then charged me $1.00 for sour cream. They charged me a dollar for sour cream! When I complained, their response was as if I should have known the shredded chicken mixture had onions and peppers in it and that I would be charged for the sour cream. I asked him to show me this information on the menu and he was unable to. He also would not take any of the up charges off of my bill. I was so furious by this point I just wanted to pay my...

Sometimes you just want to go have some Mexican food, and not worry too much about what you're eating or whether it's cool or trendy. Mind you, you still want good food, good service, and a pleasant atmosphere, but you also want your chips and cheese dip, your Tecate or Corona (or maybe a Margarita), and something that has actual vegetables in it. You want to be able to order a quesadilla, some nachos, or some fajitas. You're not here for a learning experience or to be challenged: you just want to eat.

This is where you want to go.

They're open 7 days a week, and open fairly late. The food is good and the service is good. It's a fairly large place, so if you want to show up with a bunch of friends, that's cool. Someone else could well be having a birthday party while you're there. If you're addicted to sports, usually several TVs are playing sports channels, usually in Spanish. The prices are reasonable. People bring their families, but there's no bar. The folks who run it seem really nice.

So the next time you have a craving for Mexican, skip the chain place you were thinking about and come here. It's not far off 85, near the Hillandale road exit. ...

I felt like i was profiled here. Soon as i walked in i was asked by the man behind the counter To Go order and i told him no i’m dining in . he never seated me he made me pay up front and i asked where do i sit do i just sit anywhere and he said yes. i sat and was brought my food in a togo order bag and drink in a togo order cup after i simply stated i was dining in i ate my food and watched them seat plenty ppl that wasn’t of my color down and greet them and check on them not one time has any waiter checked on me i was looked past . I’m usually a big tipper but it wasn’t no point in tipping if i got a togo order and no waitress service so before i left i spoke with the man behind the counter and asked why did i get togo orders when i simply stated i was dining in he acted as if he didn’t know when he knew i stated i was dining in and acted shock . if i wasn’t dining in you would of never told me to sit anywhere so don’t play confused as if you didn’t know . i Wouldn’t come back here i was not treated like a customer and refuse to dine anywhere where my services...
