Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Durham

I came in last night through drive thru little bit passed 11pm. Now before I say this, I understand people have been at work all day and want to go home. But until you clock out you always must be courtesy and attentive to costumers. When I got to the window to be served, my problem began. I didn't know if the the cashier purposely didn't take all the money from my hand cause she snatched it so fast she didn't take the change I had with the bill I was giving her to pay for my meal. As I yelled to grab her attention to tell her of this, she closes the window immediately. Then as she opens the window back up to give me my drink and change, I notify her that I was trying to pay her in exact change before closing the window and her reply was "My Bad" scarcastily as she hands me my drink instead of her suggesting she fix the problem. Next I get my food and it isn't what I order which was an all white meal with two breast and two wings mix spiced and reg w\f and drink. Instead I got a regular mixed chicken meal. Which wasn't what I ordered. I don't eat dark meat. So I drove back through the drive thru and let the operator know that the meal was wrong. He calmly told me to pull around to the 2nd window. I get to the window the operator asked for the wrong order back and assured me that the new order was what I ordered. I get home and I noticed I only had one breast in the entire box when I ordered two. I also ordered an apple pie which tastes like it was sitting under the light for hours. I'd rather you tell me you are out of pies or ask we have to make new ones do you mind the wait? And the fries tasted like the grease hasn't been strained or cleaned all day. When you think about chicken who do you think about Churches, Bojangles or even your own fried at home. Not this guide when you say chicken I think Popeyes. Why? Because they know their chicken. Well I'm in durham nc and I think I've found the best Popeyes in this nation. When you walk in the door you see clean smell clean. Then you get the amazing aroma of the love they put into their chicken. Then you get greeted by the amazing staff. Now do you think of Popeyes as fast food if you don't then come check out this Popeyes for fast food ain't got nothing on Chris and his behind the counter team. Service fast. Friendly. Hot and all with a smile. Now you know I'm building you guys up for the most amazing part. Please its vitally important that you stay and eat in house. Why? Because of Ms. Jackie. Table and dining room service in a fast food restaurant is not heard of. Hell you don't get this kind of service in those full service restaurant. Ms. Jackie not only keeps this dinning area clean she gives you quality service and a smile. Oh one more thing every single employee is in proper uniform. Yes even with name tags. This place is OK food fairly decent doesn't but the driver's situation they have there and the parking is ridiculous!! Every time I go II have to sit and wait 2030 minutes to get out of my parking spot because the area is utilized more for thedrive-through than anything and there should be room at least to back up and leave and there's not they need to fix this it's a serious problem!! I work for a food delivery company and it makes our job very difficult if we cannot park and get out when we need to!!!There is no reason a drive-through should block anyone that is parked!!!! If I'm sitting and waiting 20 or 30 minutes to get out of a parking spot I am losing time and money so therefore if I get any more deliveries that are taking me to popeye's I will no longer accept them until this is fixed! I know it won't be but I'm done with you Popeyes!! Not to mention every time we come in here or pick up a delivery they update it as ready when it takes 10 to 15 minutes to get the order they haven’t even started to prepare!!
