I've been a long-time customer of Marco's Pizza and have always appreciated the quality of the food and the friendly service. However, I’ve noticed a significant decline in both customer service and food quality recently.
The wait times have increased noticeably, even during non-peak hours, and there's little to no communication from the staff when delays happen. It's understandable that things get busy, but when customers are left waiting without any acknowledgment or updates, it creates a frustrating experience.
Additionally, the atmosphere has changed. The staff seem focused only on making pizzas, barely speaking or engaging with customers. While efficiency is important, communication and a simple acknowledgment go a long way in keeping customers feeling valued.
The food itself also seems to have taken a hit—less fresh, less flavorful, and more inconsistent than in the past.
I hope this feedback helps, because Marco’s used to be a go-to spot for reliable service and great pizza. With some attention to staff training and communication, it can definitely get back to the level...
Read moreExperiences change everything. Marcos Pizza is my favorite tasting pizza, I love pizza I could literally eat pizza every day. However at this location it is generally slow. And on this day, in addition to the slow service the employees weren't doing a very good job of customer service. I'm the only customer in the lobby waiting for my order to be done, an order that I pre-paid online. My order is done and sitting on the rack, getting cold and I'm trying to get the attention of the employees who are having a good time and wearing airpods so they can't hear what's going on. So I finally got the employee's attention and grab my order that I paid for and walk out to my car. As I'm about to leave the manager comes out to yell at me for "going behind the counter to grab my order that I paid for ". I don't know where the manager or employees were trained to do their job, but I did not pay for my order, to be yelled at and ignored. So to the manager, don't worry I will never "go behind the counter again" because I will never go to your store again.

Read moreWe ordered a pizza for delivery tonight and 40 minutes past we had to call the store to see where the pizza was and what the status was they told us that the Pizza had not gone out yet and that it had been made and sitting there for 40 minutes
(On an open air rack with an idle heat lamp)
we asked them to make a fresh pizza because we didn’t want old pizza which by the time it got to us would have been an 1hr plus old and instead they they hung on us after putting an us on hold for five minutes and acting as if she couldn’t pay attention to the phone call to give us the information we asked for it too distracted by her coworkers, laughing and joking.
We then had to drive up to the store, to ask them to remake our pizza and then she then stayed on the phone for 15 minutes without saying anything to us and gave us attitude because we came up there I must stress we were not rude or demeaning or aggressive so I’m appalled and the level of service...
