8-24-23 I wish Google would allow a person to give more than one review. We're not eating take out as often as we used to, but after a doctor's appt today, we could smell the Chick-fil-A calling us. And if it's even possible, the service was even better. I think the young man that waited on us in the drive-thru was Ike and he was such a kind young man. The kind of young man that you could sense his Godliness in his mannerisms (great job mom & dad). I wish I had the chance to tell him today, that just how much his Godly heart reminded me of my son Noah at that age. He brought a little bit a sunshine back to a mom after a pretty bad doctor's appt. Then the food was excellent! I'm hoping to be able to make it out again for one of those Carmel shakes he was telling me about, if my health will let me. This visit today, was not just about food. This was truly what Truett Cathi intended on when he opened those first set of doors. Just the spirit of the Lord coming through in the kindness & compassion of each of the employees that I came in contact with. It was a Godwink, my belly & my soul was fed by this visit. Thank you so much. If not sooner, I'll be back after our next appt in six weeks!

Read more: I ordered food for my son and I for carry out Large chicken noodle soup, 6 piece kids meals w/ light lemonade, and a 12 piece nugget. The cashier promptly gave us the lemonade and directed us to the left for pick up. After standing in the designated area for quite some time I asked if the order for Kisha was up. The gentleman responded it will be ready shortly. After about 5 minutes or so he came out with a tray (it was supposed to be carryout) he said he would bag the food. A few mins passes and no food. I asked the youngman again of the food was bagged. His response was I don't bag the food. To which I replied you had the tray where is the food. No answer just a puzzled face. I asked for a refund. He walked away talked to two of his co workers. One employee in a blue shirt walked up and asked for my reciept. No good afternoon, I apologize, is there anything I can do to remedy this situation. He comes back with the refund and finally a lackluster "I apoligize! ". After spending 30 minutes waiting for nothing I was livid. My son has trouble with loud and crowded spaces. He was so good waiting patiently for his food, even with all the noise. That's a big deal for austistic children with sensory issues. But his reward for over coming a fear was this. Read moreI only come to this chick-fil-a & 99% of the time everything is amazing, but this time it was such an awful experience & the lady who served me my food in the drive thru was so rude. I got the Spicy Southwest Salad, which I’ve gotten multiple times in the past, they accidentally forgot my tortilla chips and I let the lady know and I understand she wanted me to make sure I didn’t miss them underneath the salad but I had already checked at that point then she made me hand her the bag to check. She apologized and said she would be right back but I asked her for 3 bags of tortilla chips, that I told the girl who took my order I wanted extra and I am willing to pay for it if it costs extra. The lady who gave me my food said no, it’s only 1-2 per salad, and the times she’s served me before she says the same thing but literally everyone else gives me extra when I ask for it. After a gentleman noticed that I hadn’t left yet he came over & wanted to see what the issue was and I explained to him I wanted 3 bags of tortilla chips and he said it’s okay he’ll get it for me and then the lady followed him inside and said “no only 2 tortilla chips, i was told only 2 tortilla chips” and when she came back out to give me the tortilla chips she handed me only two bags and said “see, it went for you the same way” with a rude tone (the conversation between me and her was in spanish).
