Youâve heard the old aphorism. âCost, quality, speed: you can only pick 2 of the 3.â That was true for a long time. Then Scooters showed up on the scene. As soon as the company delivered its first cup of coffee through the open window of a 1998 Subaru Forester, the entire faculty at Harvard Business School gathered along the banks of the Charles River for an emergency meeting. Through hours of heated discussions, they realized that this shattering of an iron law of business actually had been foretold in a little-known collaboration between Kenneth Waltz and Peter Drucker that resulted in an obscure book entitled, "Man, the State, and Coffee." In this book, we learn that it is possible to have coffee (and really no other product) that is cheap, high quality, and served quickly alongside a smile. If you're looking for something that is actually more expensive, poor quality, and served begrudgingly, there is a McDonalds...
Read moreHave visited a few times since I heard about it 2 weeks ago. This is a drive thru only location. The prices on par with most other fast food coffee spots. There are sugar free options which we love and plenty of milk options. The variety of drinks is pretty crazy. Don't think you can get bored ordering here The sizes go up to XL which are massive. Not once have we had a bad experience, and we've had very quick service. Our only complaint and probably more to scooters the company not this location specifically as I'm sure this location is just doing as instructed. The drinks are always super sweet as is. We ask for half the sweetener and they always accommodate which makes the drinks much tastier in our opinion. We appreciate that always. To be fair I think most spots should follow how some boba spots handle sweetness and offer levels! Regardless great new spot for a...
Read moreIâve been to Scooterâs Coffee a few times now, and the drinks are always spot on. Whether it's a cold brew, blended drink, or one of their seasonal specials, everything I've had has been really good. The service is quick and the staff is generally friendly. However, Iâve noticed something during a couple of my visits that I think is worth mentioning. While pulling away, Iâve seen a few employees quickly step behind the racks to vape. Itâs subtle, but noticeable and honestly a little off-putting in a food and drink environment. I understand that everyone needs a break, but vaping inside the store, even if itâs hidden, doesnât create the most professional atmosphere. Iâm only pointing it out because I genuinely enjoy coming here and think Scooterâs has a lot...
