Subway — Restaurant in Durham

I tried hard to resolve this issue on September 22 2024 at around 8:03 pm but was told come back the next day !! I tried my very best to eat this not appealing sandwich because I was so hungry and tired but as you can see it looks nothing like a true steak and cheese sub but sloppy and not Fresh!! I asked that it to be toasted but I was not expecting stale bread and so little tiny specks of meat that it looked like it was just full of green peppers and very little meat a Sandwich not worth over $11.49 the vegetables was soggy and not fresh !! I first sent my husband to pick my footlong up he took half back because I had eating some of the other half I only asked for the uneaten half to be refunded or be given something in returned of better Quality I was told no come back Tomorrow !! I called the store before driving there and the cashier said they didn't have a store phone I asked her to call the store manager she said they could not be reached. stale bread and not doing a fresh check on the vegetables is not acceptable I'm not returning to this location again I visited at around 8 pm at night still no excuse for serving food that is not of great standards I CORPORATE called many times they was closed ! Absolutely terrible. I have had Subways skimp on meat/cheese before, but not like this. I ordered two subs through UberEats.

The first was a Titan Turkey, which is supposed to have extra turkey and double cheese. I ordered double turkey on it and it came with the amount of turkey on a regular roast turkey sub and no cheese. That's right, NONE.

The other, a Hotshot Italiano sub that is also supposed to have double cheese and 50% more meat was missing the extra meat as well as the additional meats I ordered and again had no cheese.

The vegetables on both were messy and falling out of the sub. The bread on both was half flat, like someone had stacked other things on top of it.

Because UberEats is a pain and not accepting my pictures, I can't even get my money back. This place is terrible. I'll just order from the one over on Guess Road...

This was the the 2nd time I visited this one. 1 I ordered a pretzel had to throw away it was so hard could not eat it. 2nd I now know why they cover up the window so you can't see how they prepare your sandwich. I ordered a turkey flat bread I got 2 thinly pieces of turkey which cost $6.49 I do not think I will not go again.
