A gentleman, younger adult, took my drive-thru order. I handed him my card to pay. He dropped it, apologized. My daughter (passenger) went around to pick-it-up off the ground (I was too close to the bld. to open my door). She said, “My man is tired! 😆” The employee did seem tired. He agreed when I asked him if this was true. Anyway, the food would take a few minutes to be ready, so he asked me to pull-up. I waited a total of ~20 minutes for my order: 4-piece chicken tender dinner in addition to three crunchy tacos. For clarity, this location is dual: Taco Bell + KFC. Anyway, what led to my frustration? The vehicle parked in-front of me—that was also pulled to the side—got their food and left. Moments later, two vehicles behind me got their orders too and left. I thought, “‘What is up’ with my order?” I hopped out my car to investigate. Turns out, the kitchen was NOT short-staffed, about 10 employees were present. I asked a nearby older man, “Is my order almost ready?” The cook took my receipt, walked back to the kitchen. After a couple of minutes, I had waited long enough, asked another employee for a refund. “Oh! I’ma use the rest room. He’ll (pointing to the employee that originally took my drive-thru order) process your refund.” His response? “I don’t know how to do that!” I thus requested to speak to a manager. No answer. He asked for my receipt (to attempt to process the refund). However, at that moment, the cook that took my receipt just minutes earlier brought out my order. I thanked them, though I did ask, “What took so long? I’m curious.” The cook’s response: “Oh, I don’t know. I just do my job…” The employees came-off (not speaking about the cook) as immature, unprofessional, naive and they didn’t seem to take their job seriously. They were friendly, approachable. Overall, I got the impression this place—the employees—need better management that’ll enable them to better serve their customers. This was not a pleasant experience. HOWEVER, the food? Outstanding!

I placed a to go order. I asked for my order to be made fresh because the Chalupa Shell is always stale. When I got home (3 mins away) the food was so cold. The Chicken felt like they cut it out the bag and threw it on the Chalupa. The Chalupas were stale, so stale I could bend the shell in half without it breaking. My I called as I was on my way back to the store and spoke to someone who I told I was bringing the food back. She said ok. When I got there I asked for my food to be replaced with fresh food or my ordered refunded. I was told that the Gen manager was the only one who could give a refund, he wasn’t there and that they weren’t going to remake my order. This is one of the WORSE experiences I’ve had at a FF restaurant and I don’t suggest ANYONE going to Taco Bell.

This is one of the worst Taco Bells I have ever had to deal with. I am not writing this review after one bad experience I am writing it after a year of constant failure. The most recent failures are: not putting a full portion of ingredients into a taco, opening my bag to find a taco unwrapped and spilled upside down in my bag, not pressing my quesadilla, the taste of barbecue sauce in my quesadilla (seriously what the hell?), and forgetting at least one item every time! I know food service sucks to work, I have been there and done the job. I am very tolerant of bad experiences because I know sometimes you might be having a bad day but when every day is bad no matter who is working its not acceptable! Dont go here if you want to actually receive and eat what you pay for.

For every visit I have to this taco Bell it seems that I have to wait almost an eternity for my food. The staff is very rude and very confrontational. The last visit I went to prior to this visit there was a man in a full-blown argument with one of the employees because he has been waiting for his food for some obscene time. My visit this time was very frustrating considering I ordered my meal on the mobile app. showed up to the store about 10-15 minutes after I put my order in and when I get there I'm told to pull around to the door not the window I'm not sure if it's because of a drive-thru clock, by the way I waited for another 15 minutes before I went inside and which there were four employees hanging out in the lounge the whole time I was sitting there waiting. while I was sitting there waiting they lock the doors so when I went to go in to ask what's taking so long and check the status of my meal they were actually trying to talk to me through the locked door and finally one of the other employees pointed at another door that's open. Kind of confused why they couldn't open this door if another one was already open in the lounge was not closed. When I get in there they ask if they can help me and I tell them I put a mobile order in 20 minutes ago and I've been waiting here for about 10 minutes so there's about a 30-minute turn around there. and of course one of the girls gets confrontational and says we need to get all the drive-thru out first which by my logic doesn't make sense if I ordered something on a mobile order app you would think that means it would be ready when I come for pick up anyway that's neither here nor there because there was nobody else in the Drive-Thru so now you're just making excuses and trying to be confrontational to start an argument which I probably believe happened with the other guy the last time I was here. The customer service here is just absolutely terrible. It was a night shift crew at about 9...

dear ticobellie, me and my second step daughter's divorced wifes husbands cousins nieces accdiental kid loose, watery and possibly more-frequent bowel movements went to ticobel to enjoy a family meal. it was our norml diner time percicly 1:73.5 pm. we ordered the veggie friendly meal and it did not come with our mcnuggies. we asked for processed beans and corn to be added to our crunchie munchie veggie friendly taco meal. This was not provided in the entirety of our stay at this supposedly delectable residence. my second step daughter's divorced wifes husbands cousins nieces accdiental kid had a severe case of loose, watery and possibly more-frequent bowel movements also know as dirrrahea. the doo doo that came out of her bumbum was so liquidy it looked like choco milk from 7/11. we will not only be fining ticobell for their insufficient serving but also for her medical bills for loose, watery and possibly more-frequent bowel movements aka dirrrahea. she also had to go to the er and urgent care because she ate some meat from the veggie friendly taco meal which we spefically asked for lean beef not fatty beef because i dont want her to be a hippootamus and turn out like me. WE ARE SUING YOU TICOBELL FOR BAD SERVICES AND THE MED BILLS FOR PUMPING OF MY second step daughter's divorced wifes husbands cousins nieces accdiental kid MEDICINE BILLS, OUR PLUMBING BILLS, AND 632583859327905832095 TOILET DODO SPECIALTY PLUNGERS FROM TJ MAXSXX!!! this is not tolerated by the karen community and don don dumpie will come after you because he is my ex wifes third step/half child that married her ex husband after conceiving a kid with his sister. #WELOVEALABAMA...
