The absolute worst customer service ever! My husband and I ordered take out on a Tuesday night, the lady who answered the phone took our order as well as asked for a name and phone number for the order. When we arrived to pick up our order the same lady who answered the phone proceeded to tell me the she didn’t have a call in order. (I knew she was the same person from her awful raspy voice) I then told her the number I called and asked if that was in fact their businesses number. She confirmed it was but proceeded to tell me that I was lying and I didn’t call in a order that she doesn’t accept call In orders after a certain time. After a couple more minutes of going back and fourth she admits that she did answer my call but told me that they weren’t accepting call in order, which couldn’t be further from the truth. Then proceeds to ask me if I want to order food now.... uh no! Fast forward to Wednesday I called the business again and a young man answered the phone I asked to speak to a manager and he immediately handed the phone to the same lady. She tells me that she in the manager.... and I asked her how I was to get in touch with the owner and she says “you don’t!” In which I hung up the phone because I was not going to get myself worked up again.

If she is in fact the manager I would advise the owner to re-evaluate that position. I will not be returning here ever again. We live about 5 mins from here and enjoy getting those takeout for a quick fix to a hibachi craving, but never again. Good service and good food. The only thing I've never understood, if you buy a combination like shrimp and chicken, they only give you one shrimp dipping sauce when it goes on chicken and steak and fried rice just as good. They should give you at least two with your combination and if you want to buy a extra white sauce it shouldn't cost no more than .75 cent's. It doesn't cost much to make the same sauce for 5 dollars for a half a gallon of white sauce. BBQ restaurant's don't charge you anything extra for BBQ sauce for their dishes that goes on BBQ, chicken, hamburger steak and some people like it with their hush puppies. COME ON TOYKO EXPRESS GIVE A LITTLE LOVE AND YOU JUST MIGHT GET MORE BUSINESS. I've been coming to the one on guess rd since 1998 or 99 and they didn't charge me for extra white sauce. If you keep trying to charge people a $1.87 per little container. ps i wont be coming back to the one on guess rd again, because the other one doesn't charge me a dime for extra white sauce. I couldn't recommend this place several years ago, and if you're one of those who noticed a decline in service here in the past, you'll be happy to find that they've made great strides in improving themselves. The food quality is up, on par with what you would expect with any similar restaurant. They cook quickly and they cook it well, speeding the order to you with systematic ease. Don't expect to get off "cheap" as this isn't exactly a fast food restaurant despite their speed. However, for the price, the meals are actually a good deal. They'll fill you up and you won't feel like you're taking home a burger and fries. I highly recommend the drive thru, but realize that you're going to order at the window and they're going to take about (by necessity) five minutes to get you your food.
