The girl taking my order seemed very annoyed that I did not know the proper name of the Banana Loaf drink and had just asked for the Banana hazelnut Iced Latte blondie with almond milk medium. Once she confirmed I wanted the banana Loaf, she said okay, do you want Breve and I said, no, I wanted almond milk she said okay, but did you still want Breve? And I said, no, as breve is half and half. I could tell she was really frustrated at this point, and she aggressively again asked what size I wanted if it was iced. I had already told her all this. She then asked what form of payment I would be using, and I said a card. She said okay, go ahead and tap on the back. Your total will be $6, and she walked away, which I thought was weird, as Iāve been to other locations in Ohio before which ask if you want to leave a tip. I checked my bank account and noticed I was charged more than what she had initially told me. When they brought me the drink, it was very white, and I politely asked a different girl if she knew if it was almond milk or breve, and she said let me go check. She returned with no drink in hand, so I assumed it was not almond milk. Ā I asked if it was possible for her to print me a receipt from the iPad she was using. This took a long time. Another fifteen minutes passed, and I finally received my drink and receipt. I then noticed that the girl who took my order indeed tipped herself a gratuity of $3.00, and I told the new girl that the girl who had taken my order had done this. Finally two people came out and they went to the shorter line and i saw three cars that came after me get their order taken first. The girl who took my order was very kind, and i understood that she might be new. However my experience just continues to get worse, waited 30 MINUTES, for three simple drinks. And when i pulled up they didnāt even know which one was mine, i see a pile of drinks on the counter and so i think ā they must still be getting a hang of it or over with a rushā NO!! To my shock, they start handing out drinks to all the employees, huh, so there we are waiting forever, two cars with more complicated drinks after us got thereās but we continued waiting. I didnāt look inside the building because i understand that baristas may be overwhelmed or new, but the drive through workers that hand out the drinks, might actually be the most annoying thing iāve ever been through. Dancing and talking non stop, taking sips of their drinks all the time, giving us dirty looks. Uhm, iām a teenager that works in hospitality as well and i would never think of acting that way. If it werenāt for how good the drinks were i would never go there again. I visited this location on yesterday (Sunday around 11ish am) for the first time and it was also my first time trying 7brew at all! I am so disappointed with service. My husband and I drove through the drive thru and were approached by a male employee to take our order. I said hi and kindly started to order (we had a coffee and a strawberry chai tea latte.) in the middle of me ordering, the male employee looked up at me so uninterested and he simply looked like he did not want to be there. I continued my order but it got to a point where it got extremely uncomfortable because he was looking everywhere else but the tablet heās placing our order on then looks back at us after looking around at other cars and says what? As in he completely just ignored what I was trying to order. At this point I felt the need to ask him if heās even paying attention to us and he just looked at me, smirked and didnāt say a word.
