I’ve been going to Chipotle for as long as I can remember and this specific location for years. I typically visit due to the quality of food, customer-service and just an establishment that I prefer to spend my hard earned money. I’m not someone that eats out a lot as I do prefer cooking but I can say that I visit Chipotle if not twice a week at least once. I ordered it Sunday and again today which is Tuesday. I have to say this is the worse experience I’ve ever received and from management to say the least. My oder is 2 bowls with white rice, and brown beans, one with a little black beans, Al pastor chicken , (I get a double chicken on the side). I typically put 1/2 the meat on each bowl. One day a staffer making my food heard me say what I do, and offered to just put 1/2 the double order on each. (she even made sure it was charged correctly) I said I appreciate it as that would save you a container and me time - lol. Continue order with queso cheese, green sauce, sour cream cheese, and lettuce. With a side of guacamole, large chips, 2 vinaigrette, and a lemonade. I’m very specific so this is my order as we enjoy eating our bowls with chips like a dip. Don’t judge me (lol). This evening I did my order the same as I always do and the manager stated with a nasty disposition that he couldn’t put 1/2 my double order on both because if he picks up 2 spoons he will charge me for 2 double orders. I asked can I speak to a manager as I didn’t know he was the manager, and he replied nasty with you talking to the manager. I said let me explain when I typically order and he just cut me off and said rudely that it didn’t matter what I do or was saying it wasn’t happening so now what. (For a moment I was stunned and looked puzzled as I literally couldn’t believe the lack of professionalism). I just continued with my order as I was embarrassed with all the other customers looking on and I also didn’t want to hold up the line. (This was all happening in front of my 2 daughters). Upon getting home I noticed that I was charged for the 2 vinaigrette that I didn’t even received as I’m sure it was done due to the negative moment I was having with a manager. This experience has definitely made me feel as if I’m not valued as a customer and the fact that a manager was rude and cut me off not allowing me to speak as if I’m a child was very hurtful. I don’t like to pull a racial card, but I’ve never had this experience with the white staff that goes above and beyond for years. Today I deal with a black manager and it’s the worse experience towards a customer, and other staffers looking on. This was a negative training moment as well which the others were looking on. This can not be how you deal with customers and think it’s okay. My food wasn’t pleasant, I noticed his hair in my bowl, and this whole experience has put a nasty /bad taste in my mouth (literally disgusted). Just wasted almost $40.00. I will not be visiting this location or a chipotle...
Read moreI picked my order up in the Chipotlane and after waiting in line for 5 minutes for my turn, I get to the window, tell the girl my name and she asks me to pull around. So I said oh to the front door? To which she replied no, get back in line again. Dumbfounded, and against my better judgment I did. Now I wait my turn yet again. When I get to the window she asks the name for my order again like she didn’t just see me 5 minutes ago and asked me to get back in line. I tell her my name yet again and she says oh they are just wrapping up your order it should be right out. Meanwhile I can hear them discussing my order about the food is right there was just a mix up in labels. After about another 5 minutes of waiting she finally hands me my food. No apology. Nothing. I drove the remaining 20 minutes to my home just to find that yes. They did in fact mess up my order. Now I have to drive 20 minutes BACK to the store to get it corrected. I go to the store to get my order fixed and the food is terrible. The steak is burnt to a crisp, has no flavor, beyond rubbery, and I found an entire bay...
Read moreI have now had TWO amazing experiences at this location. A few weeks back, a worker was able to prevent a drunk driver from backing in to me in the drive through. She screamed as loud as she could to tell the man to stop and waved her hand out of the drive through window to get his attention. She saved me THOUSANDS of dollars due to the fact that I have a very small car and this drunk man was in a JEEP!!! She even called the police when he drove away. An outstanding worker/ citizen. I went back again today and order two bowls online. When I got home, I realized that the bowls ingredients had been mixed up. I went back to have my order remade and they were more than willing to fix the issue. They even threw in an order of chips and guacamole that I did not order for the inconvenience. These workers are human and are allowed to make mistakes. It’s how the mistakes are handled that separates a good establishment from a bad one. HIGHLY recommend...
