I haven't been to this particular McDonalds for over a year and I would like to say thank you for my daily unsweetened iced teas in the morning from Dunkin Donuts which cost $3.60.
I know that you have $1 iced teas, yet I go to Dunkin Donuts because McDonalds customer service is below par. Every time I would go to this McDonalds, I would experience the same behavior/attitude from the time when I order at the drive thru speaker, pay at the first window, and pick up my order at the third window.
That uncaring, that unfriendly, that "I don't want to be here and you 'the customer' is making me having to work" behavior/attitude just oozes out of the staff at all points of contact. And you the reader of this post probably say, "why don't you complain?"
Well, I did. I called several times and I even did the survey on the receipts stating how deplorable the customer service by the staff members. Yet, I would stop by to purchase my iced teas and the same attitude/behavior continued.
Then I went to Dunkin Donuts, just a quarter mile east of this McDonalds location. When I place my order, you can tell there is a different attitude/behavior at each of their point of contact. From the drive-thru speaker to the pick-up window, you can tell that the staff are happy. Now, this could be a façade, but when I have a pleasant encounter with people in the morning, it tends to help me have a better day.
So, once again McDonalds, I want to thank you for my $3.60 iced teas from Dunkin Donuts. You had your chance to make the staff corrections. I'm willing to pay the $2.60 more every time I want an Iced tea because of...
Read moreWe need some communicators in this place!!!! A customer standing at the counter for 5 minutes should have been communicated with at some point. Two employees have looked at me more than once but have not acknowledged my existence with words. That should be worked on. I finally managed to get someone to communicate and I told one of the employees what order I was waiting on and then when she had it done, she did not hand it to me directly. She put it on the shelf instead as if I wasn't right there waiting for it having just discussed it with her. Very rude people!!! Perhaps you should go back to Mexico.
I'm editing this on January 29th, 2025 at 6:07 p.m. to say that I was just in the bathroom and I was using the bathroom before I was going to order an ice cream cone but then I saw a McDonald's employee, who was a short Mexican lady with black hair who was wearing yellow, come out of the bathroom stall and walk right out of the bathroom without washing her hands!!! She went right back to work without washing her hands and that is disgusting and I will not be buying any food...
Read moreNormally this McDonalds has good service. But today was not the case. It started when I was ordering my food, the girl told me to go ahead and order so I did and after i completed it she said that she didn't get it and i had to repeat it. Then i drove up to pay and i had to wait for her to come to the window. She didnt even read my order back to me and was rude. The only person that was doing his job trying to make sure it was right was the guy who gave me my food and checked my bag. The girl he told that it was wrong was completley unprofessional and rude to the guy who was doing his job the right way. Then i go to eat my food and the order was all wrong. They put pickle on my burger which i asked for without, and they gave me diet coke instead of regular coke. When i ordered 2 regular cokes. My fries were also cold and inedible. I ended up having to throw them out they were so terrible. Basically whomever was working there today besides the nice gentlemen giving me my food clearly didn't want to do their job correctly.
