Taco Bell — Restaurant in Dyer

So I ordered the Volcano Combo. I order 2 boxes and what did I get.. A nasty burrito that was cold with no sauce and the rice was not fully cooked it felt like. Was completely incorrect. Even with the taco. The bottom was soggy and it got stuck to the container and tore the bottom of the taco out. Though it tastes a hell lot better then the burrito. If I knew I was going to get this awful experience I would of just requested 2 of the Volcano tacos and no burritos. Big disappointment from this restaurant.

You can clearly see in the photos of what this is. Double beef burrito and there was no heat so there was no sauce. Why. This not what I ordered.

I got the Breakfast taco. They were almost all the same that you see in the photo. This was suppose to be the Egg, Cheese and Bacon. All I see is just 1 little piece of egg.

Well I decided to order the new Street steak chalupa and the jalapeno rancho nacho fries. They did right for the Cantina Chicken Chalupa. But when I got the street steak and cheese Chalupa and the jalapeno rancho nacho fries. Was very disappointing. One the container for the fries was open in the bag and food contents was scatter all over in the bag. Then what takes the cake is the Street Steak chalupa. Check the picture below.. Was nothing but a burnt over cooked empty shell with only cheese and no meat.. nothing.. Makes me not want to order from this place again....

I absolutely love Ashley! She is usually the drive thru gal that I see whenever I pick up a mobile order. Tonight I ordered for myself and was excited to see that she was working. She has a great personality, always comes across happy and cheerful and had awesome customer service. I honestly think she would make a great manager and hope she does well in life regardless. To the general manager of this location... This young lady deserves a raise! But on to the food, tonight I ordered two bean burritos, with extra red sauce, add sour cream, and three regular soft tacos and a lrg root beer. The food was well made and presented well. As an ex employee of Taco Bell from the late 90's I know how these items are supposed to be made and I also know how the beans are supposed to be prepared. I say this bc the beans were perfect and the consistency was on point. I've been to many Taco Bell's in the past where the beans were dried clumps of too or so runny you could have mistaken them for something else. The tacos were well made as well, by the time I got home the Hubby's cheese had melted a little but he didn't mind and happily inhaled all three. Had it been up to him I'd have probably gotten him six but he's grounded after eating half a family sized box of chicken in a bisket. (He's supposed to share!) The meat was perfect and the lettuce was perfect too. Y'all get 5 stars for customer service, speed, food presentation and food taste. Great...

Check your portions cause they trying to finesse people really bad here order 2 luxe boxes with the street chalupas boths sets of them had no ingredients in them at all i was not about to say anything when i say the first one was like that but when the 2nd one had 2 pieces of chicken in with barely any sauce or pico..i went tok the counter too tell them angel was the gentleman who was trying to help me and apologized for it and was gonna have the kitchen to remake it ..kitchen didnt want to remake it at forst and start to gove dirty looks they then said they would need the one back which was not a problem cause what i was gonna do with only bread and cheese chalupa ..but the fact they even pull this to begin with is ridiculous taco bell is already over priced for the portion and then to rob people like this is wild ..will not be back at this location again ..and would highly recommended if they do this too you ..let them know dont let them get away with it get what you paid for please ...thank you Angel for being a good worker and trying to help get customers what...
