Worst. Rosati's. Ever.
I don't know who opened this branch but the people of Dyer (as well as surrounding suburbs) are BEGGING you to close. I've never encountered a location as terrible as this one.
First, your website is a JOKE. The website is not stable. It crashes all the time. Coupons cannot be entered online no matter where they come from. If you try to order and use a coupon afterwards, they're actually rude to you. When you DO successfully order online, you'll receive an email telling you that your order will be ready in 25 minutes. I found out from other customers and their staff that this is the default time: no matter how busy they are, the time of day, or the amount of orders that came in before yours, your email will always tell you 25 minutes.
I got there and my order was not ready. I waited an additional FIFTY MINUTES for my pizza. FIFTY. After the initial 25. That is INSANE. I sat next to a guy who told me he tried to speak with a manager about this and the employee laughed in his face.
When I spoke with the girl at the counter, she blamed the website. She said they have to manually update the time in order for it to be reflected in the email.... so.... UPDATE IT. Why are they trying to anger customers?
The food isn't great. The Rosati's in St. John is much better and the staff is actually nice. I've tried this Dyer branch four times and each time the staff was rude and the order was late. Not only that, it varies every time. It's like no one was trained.
It's awful to say a branch needs to close but this is giving the entire chain a bad name. Avoid this branch if at all possible (unless you feel like ruining...
Read moreThere was nothing good about my experience. My fiance called and ordered a stuffed pizza at 5:30 and i went to pick it up at 6:10. i know that 40 minutes is just enough time to make a pizza so i knew i would be waiting at least 5-10 minutes. I got there and paid and asked if it was stuffed because the price was kinda low, the girl said no it was not ordered that way. So i said ok and sat she told me it would be about ten minutes.. 20 minutes later i seriously considered walking out and they gave the girl that was in there waiting before me her pizza and she left. Just to find out that they mixed up the pizzas and gave that girl my pizza and they had hers still. I had to wait for them to call her back and bring back our pizza. I was less than thrilled to take a pizza that had already left the establishment with some other person and thought that it was very unprofessional and inappropriate to give me food that someone else had already took. My fiance called to complain and they stated that they were not taking orders at the time, it wasnt even 7pm! I was highly disappointed especially since there are so many other pizza places to buy from...
Read moreWas blown away with my first pizza from rosati's so we couldn't wait to try again, ordered again through door dash, pizza was delivered with the tabs on the box not completely tucked in. Shut my door and turned and the pizza flew to the floor on the carpet, I called the restaurant and the manager immediate was defensive, explaining to me how they always firmly closed the tabs and began to put the blame on door dash, I told her it was a simple error so she then offered to deliver another but I had to pay for the delivery, I told her that was not fair to me because I had already paid delivery and tip, she said that was paid to door dash and she had to charge me, when I told her that was unacceptable she got upset and said forget it I'll have a pizza made up and delivered for free, by then I didn't want a pizza made by someone who was mad at me, wouldn't have felt comfortable eating it. Out $30 for a pizza I had to clean off the floor to put in the garbage. A great tasting pizza but bad customer relations, I left Beggars pizza for Rosati's, don't know what else to say, door dash offered a $6.00...
