Totally stunning decor inside; you’ll be pleasantly surprised by its fun decor and really good menu. Their Avocado Toast has a unique and tasty spin - unlike any order out or recipe I’ve tried. It comes on thick, crusty sourdough bread that is the perfect foundation for its flavors. It has a bit of a kick, sesame sauce - nicely served with radish slices, sprouts, and an over easy egg.
This is a unique place for food and a drink; you will remember it and come back.
There are small tables ideal for coffee and laptops. The front has a cozy two stuffed chairs and table coffee corner.
The staff are friendly, young energy, and super helpful. I totally love all the shelves brimming with happy plants in the front window! Walk through a curtained doorway in your right and enter another dining space. Tables ideal for groups of 2, 4, and six fill this enticing space. You can sit and sip in a king, queen-like high back upholstered chair. Super fun and eclectic!
The coffee, tee, and cocktail menu is amazing. You’ll make new beverage favorites!
The strip mall that it’s located in has a shared parking lot, so you’ll have an easy time finding parking. Handicap parking is near the front door, which is at street level.
There is one unisex bathroom - spacious and super cute decor.
Highly recommended. This restaurant-coffee shop deserves prime attendance from...
Read moreI had the iced Golden Hour and it tasted like what I’d imagine Wrigley’s mint gum to taste like if it were a drink. My SO got the same drink but the hot version and it was also less than stellar. After asking for honey to sweeten the drink, the waitress brought watered down/diluted honey which was odd.
My biggest complaint about this place is the ambiance. Flies and gnats EVERYWHERE! It’s October 12th in Minnesota. There shouldn’t be gnats and flies all over the place inside. Our party sat for 2.5 hours constantly swatting away gnats and flies away from our faces. We noticed them all over the place and not just in our general area.
At one point, a worker randomly turned the lights off where we were sitting and another customer two booths away said, “now we can’t see…” which prompted the worker to turn the lights back on. It was an overcast and somewhat rainy day at 4pm - no need to turn the lights off. Again, odd.
Later on, someone decided to turn on music in the shop after several hours of no music. Very random and abrupt.
This is my second trip to Curiouser and both visits were disappointing. I want to like this place but at this point I don’t think...
Read moreIt's a soft open, I get it, that's the time when you practice and try to get things running efficiently. Was there earlier today (9/13/25). We ordered 2 drinks (cortado, absolutely Alice) and found our table without any waiting time. Half hour later (28 minutes, I wanna be fair) we were still waiting. I went at the front to ask. I was told "there's a line" and our drinks were not "just simple, drip coffee", "we are working on your drinks as we speak". Mind you, the place was busy, but not super packed. Five minutes later, the lady I talked to at the front comes to the table (I was outside at the time) and just drops the drinks on the table. No apology for the delay...nothing... I understand the first few days can be tricky for every business, stressful, etc. Attitude does not help. And by attitude I mean being treated like the staff was doing us a favor. A bad day? Maybe. It can happen to anyone. Other than that, nice decor, nice...
