Bush's Chicken — Restaurant in Eagle Pass

I asked for the fried chicken they told me it'd be a 10 minute to 15 minute wait. I asked so you guys have the chicken tenders ready then so it'll be faster? The order taker said yes, my order still took 20 minutes. The chicken tenders are tough and dry. The buffalo chicken sitting on top of the fries is great but the fries are undercooked, cold. My soda tastes weird. The order taker was not friendly but not rude more monotone than anything. I'm sure they can be better not sure what's going first time trying this place won't be coming back. Super dark outside also at night. Looks like the outside lights don't work accident waiting to happen. Oh and they forgot my dipping sauce! Wow.

Update: Frienliness in DT still non existent. My recent trips I've come inside and it smells like toilet mixed with air freshiner. Dirty dine in wall. The two twin looking cooks are gross. Touching their pants and phones the handling utensils and food. Love the buffalo chicken fries but I should have stayed in DT. Makes me nauseous...

I waited line for 20 min waiting to place my order. Workers kept walking past my car and taking other orders around me. One waited saw me wave and kept walking. So I honked at him. I called to see a manager. Boy answers the phone and ask which car I'm in. When I tell him he says oh. Manager comes out 5 min later. Ask me what I needed. She tells me the reason the boy didn't respond to me was because I honked my horn at him. Manager was rude. Did not offer an apology for the poor service. Asked if I got my food. I said no because no one has taken my order. I have sat in this kine for 20 min and they keep walking around me. Her response well do you want to order. I asked for corporate managers number. She said well we don't have a number. Very unprofessional employees and Manager is even worse. Eagle pass, texas Buschs chicken...

Disgusting place. I went around 7:30 p.m. and the food preparation area was filthy. Food crumbs all over floor and counter.

The girl who attended me said they only had the 4 or 5 chicken legs on the rack behind. They looked old and tiny. I asked if they would make fresh she first said 10 minutes and then said 15 to 20 minutes. You could tell she was lying. I guess she didn't like it when I tried ordering in English. You could tell she didn't like people who talk to her in English. Well, too bad all my life I have been speaking both English and Spanish.
