Black Rock Coffee Bar — Restaurant in Eagle Point

I love the coffee they have here so that’s not the issue. The issue however is paying $7.29 for A MEDIUM COFFEE WITH TWO ADDED FLAVORS and no soft top. Very annoying because the price of my drink goes from $5.75-$7.29. BIG JUMP. Bought 3 drinks here and it was $20. Kinda ridiculous, & the points have NOT updated since they switched systems a few months ago. ALSO BURRITOS ARE UNDERCOOKED. There have been 3-4 separate times where I got a cold frozen burrito on my way to work. When brought up to staff they did nothing about it. Staff kinda sucks! Especially the morning crew they aren’t very friendly and I leave disappointed more than I do happy at this stand. Save your money and go to Dutch. Super sad considering I spend a good amount of money at this stand! Sucks having to drive a little farther but atleast I will be treated nicely and not pay up the butt for 1...

I’ve been a regular at Black Rock Coffee, but lately, the quality has seriously gone downhill. The coffee has been consistently tasting burnt — not just a one-off, but every time I’ve gone recently.

To make matters worse, there’s a younger, skinny blonde barista working there who has been incredibly rude. I asked for a simple drink that I’ve had made before, and she flat-out told me she couldn’t make it — despite it being something basic that most baristas should know. On another occasion, she said she couldn’t make a blended Fuel because she “didn’t have the recipe.” Really? It’s your own menu item.

I frequent this particular black rock at least 2 days a week. When I go there I’m usually on my way to drop kids off at school and on a time restraint . On 2 separate occasions recently I’ve been cut off in line. When I got to the window and explained to employee as to why I honked at the lady in front of me the lady helping me was extremely rude. One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. In addition, the lady in front of me hit a truck while cutting in front of me in line. I’m not sure if there is any way to regulate your drive through better but when people are waiting forever as it is to get drinks it’s very frustrating to have people cutting in...
