Two terrible happenings back to back. The first day, was a Thursday around 3:00. Ordered a pizza for a late lunch. It shows up within an hour and it was almost cold to the touch. On top of that it was missing ingredients on it. I call, wait on hold, get an answer from the manager, Chris, who tells me something around 'we're busy, sorry, I'll put a coupon on the account for next time' and he hung up on me. So I was just up the creek for this current time, and stuck with the cold pizza missing toppings I paid for. Then after calling in another day to order the exact same pizza, delivered to the same address. I got the same manager, Chris, as before who then let me know that I was going to have to pay for a delivery fee. After paying full price for the original pizza, the same pizza. Then calling for the replacement of that pizza and I'm told I have to pay to have the replacement delivered. After arguing with me he finally sends it and it gets here and the picture I've attached is what I got. A grease bowl with crust so thin in the middle that it fell completely to pieces when I tried to pick it up. Not impressed or happy, and no one seems to care there. Likely won't be...
Read moreLast night, my partner ordered pizza via phone as she was wanting to check to make sure the location was still open before placing an order. She requested the points to be added to our account which has BOTH our home and work addresses. No problems there, the issue was that the address was NOT confirmed and thus had me woken up around 12 or 12:30am and inform the delivery driver that it likely was meant to be sent to our WORK address. He immediately coped an attitude with me "how do you know"....because my partner is at WORK and she likely ordered something to eat while she worked overnight. From what I could tell from the noise as I was closing the door and him huffing off, he threw the pizza into his vehicle and slammed the door. Now, I get it, you're tired and you likely want to go home asap and you just find out you went to the wrong address because the wrong address was printed on the order receipt because the address was NEVER confirmed to begin with. Read moreI've had issues with this location before, in fact I had the same issue multiple times. My most recent problem is that my daughter wanted an extra dressing for her salad; but you cant get an extra dressing without paying a a dollar. So i give in, pay the dollar, and of course the dressing is not in my bag. The manager acted like it wasn't his problem. I had a run in with this manager, the store manager, once before. I went in to get my carryout order a few weeks ago and the manager set my order aside on the rack but never called for me. So 15 minutes later I asked him, politely, if that was my order that had been cooling for 15 minutes while I sat there. He came back with "it literally just came out of the oven" to which i replied that i wasn't an idiot and that I had been sitting here for 15 minutes literally watching him.
