Would recommend going elsewhere if you except good customer service and a business that takes some kind of responsibility for the defective items they sell. I normally check my vapes before I leave every time, but 2 weeks ago the lady was rushing me and closed the window before I could even open the box so I just went ahead and waited until later that night to open it. It was defective and would take a while to shut off after hitting it, but I didn't check it at the store so I accepted responsibility. Last weekend I purchased 2 vapes there and they both seemed to hit properly. I put one back in the box to save it and I got it out yesterday and when I tried to put it on the charger last night it wouldn't charge. So I tried a different charger and it still wouldn't charge (both charges tested on my other vape and they both worked fine). They don't have you check that at the store and I had used it for less than 1 day. I called the store and spoke to the manager and she was hateful from the time that she answered the phone. She said that since I tried to charge it I got some use out of it and they wouldn't do anything. No replacement, no discount for a new one, not even as much as an apology. Smokers discount on East Broadway is a lot better and will be getting my business...

It offers good deals it is one of my top 2 favorite places to go for cigarettes. However.. I felt a bit uncomfortable when the cashier literally moved away from the register to keep an eye on me when I had my hands full with my wallet, cigarettes and I said wait a minute and set my purse on a counter adjacent to the register to put my wallet and my cigarettes into my purse so my hands could be free. And I saw him move over to watch me and I felt like he thought I was gonna try to steal something?? Made me feel...

This place tried to sell my fiancé a vape elf bar vape. Then when brought to the owner dudes attention that even the website said it was fake was trying to lie and say it wasn’t. He then decided to basically throw a tantrum because we wanted a refund for him trying to sell us a fake. Absolutely pathetic. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!! Go to the one in front of foodcity instead! This place is garbage. When he is getting aggressive because we wanted a refund from him selling a fake he does not deserve...
