Procopio's Pizza — Restaurant in East Cocalico Township

The sauce on my fave no onion cheesesteaks is top shelf. Can't do onions.alergic like peppers. Onion powder oddly can use, don't ask. But the sauce can't be beat and same flavor nic-o-bolis has from years back going to the shore in delaware and it's been 25 years but that flavor was distinguishable. No questions and I had tons of businesses product. There is no match like the cheese steak sauce. Shared with my sis and she sad being she in Mount Joy where I come from. Years working garganos in Marietta back in mid 80s. I learned the sauce is what makes the meal. Don't change because with out the sauce. It's not a steak sandwich and Captain Gus has nothing on this place. Nor Joe's steak shop in Columbia. The other hotspot in Columbia even needs lessons. It's simply the sauce. I have made some amazing sauce straight from the garden. Many folks loved it but here you can't go wrong! If I ever have to move which seems to be unfortunate within the next year. Are you sure where life may take but at one point. Trying to stay loyal customer. The trip would happen. Thanx staff. Keep nailing it! Used to get pizza and sides here at least once a month. Pizza was great and everything usually was great. My wife and I decided to switch it up tonight and got a cheesesteak and tuna sub. Both were the worst things we have ever eaten. Now I am sure this is not the case every time as we have had good experiences here but the bread was so hard and stale on both of the sandwichs that we couldn’t eat them. I drove 20 mins each way for this and we were just over the night so we asked for a refund. They guy said yes bring the sandwiches back and we will refund you so I drove there again and they then proceeded to deny me the refund and just say we would cook our food again. And that was nice but it wasn’t what we had agreed to on the phone. My wife is 34 weeks pregnant and gets sick easily and she wasn’t eating anymore that night so having them remake was a waste we just wanted our money back. They refused and claimed I was just trying to get a free meal. We didn’t even eat the original sandwiches so tell me how that makes sense. Just bad...

Went in and ordered a cheesesteak and a grilled ham & cheese for the toddler I was carrying while checking out. Check your cameras boys you can see me looking at the back of the menu and reading “grilled ham & cheese.” Got home & discovered they gave me a grilled ham & cheese sub. Called to ask if they could make me the grilled cheese bc they got it wrong & was told I placed the wrong order (while they hear my toddler screaming in the background). They said they would make it & tried to charge me for it. I said nevermind. Then drove back there handed them sub and finally got a refund. I’ve worked customer service my whole life. All you had to say was “We are so sorry we can make the grilled cheese can you bring back the wrong order.” No instead you gave a single dad WITH A HUNGRY TODDLER a hard time. Ask your parents how they would’ve handled it. Dang. It’s a grilled cheese for a kid.
