I ordered a croissant sandwich, 10 ct variety munchkins, the chipotle loaded hash browns, and a drink. I ordered ahead. They did not have the croissants so they could not make my sandwich without asking if wanted an alternative bread (completely understandable) the egg was dry, the cheese grease was dripping off the sandwich, absolutely disgusting. My drink sticker was sitting on the machine for 15 minutes before they started it. My hash browns were cold, soggy, and with one slab of rubbery bacon slapped in. The cup it was in was much larger than the portion, so whether the portion is right and the cup is huge or the portion was way too small, something was off there. My “variety” munchkins was literally only dry and disgusting chocolate glazed.
That said, the service was pretty horrible, the three that were on seemed pretty annoyed with each other, were arguing over switching tasks, and unorganized. After I had asked where my drink was (I ironically got the sandwich before anything else), She found the sticker on the machine, looked at her team member and said “I can’t do everything hete…” her team member responded to her with “well then, go back over to food…”

Then someone showed up and ask someone else to help me, she approached and didn't say anything just body gestures that I guess she wanted to hear my order, so I said good morning... she didn't reply anything.
The employee was very rude when attending me, (a young lady with a weed leaf tattoo behind her ear) I saw the way she prepared my sandwich and I just thought: all that bad and disrespectful actitude was transmitted to my food...
Persons like this shouldn't be working in this kind of places, because people like this damage the image we have of Dunkin.
