This place is a real mixed bag in terms of food quality. If you see the picture, that's supposed to be brisket. Unfortunately it's so overcooked that there was no bend to it at all and it was dry as a bone. I suspect that the brisket sat under a heat lamp or something like it and what might have once been a good brisket was absolutely ruined before it got to our table. The pulled pork was on the dry side, but seasoned well, and if you put enough sauce on it, it was ok. However it should not need sauce to be tasty, and parts of it were sufficiently moist, proving that somewhere along the way parts of it were dried out. The ribs were quite good, as was the sausage. We would recommend these to anyone who wishes to come here. Both of these were tasty and worth getting. The chicken was also decent, but lacking in the smoke flavor one would expect when ordering from the smokehouse portion of the menu. The prison shanks from the appetizer menu should be avoided as the pasta was so undercooked that the dish was very hard to eat, and the smoke flavor was actually too strong on this dish, overtaking the milder flavors of the meat, sauce, and pasta. The cornbread was dry, and a bit sweet for my taste. The coleslaw has good acidity, but needs salt and pepper. The onion rings also needed to be hit with popcorn salt before being served. We would like to return and try more parts of the menu at some point, perhaps after the liquor license has been approved. However, one must be discerning in their menu choices in order to have a pleasant experience, which is far from ideal. I'd like to be able to say that you can't have a bad meal here and right now that's simply not the truth.

New place to check out! We’ve been twice since it opened and there’s something for everyone. Last time we went most of us enjoyed the soup and newly opened salad bar. So yummy! The wings, the BBQ, the soups, burgers all amazing, even the tuna melt my daughter got last time we went she’s still talking about. The pastrami is literally out of this world. Love that there’s a new place with good service and great food!! Edited to add- Brunch…. Omg amazing. Homefries are usually a major letdown… not here!! Seasoned well, flavorful and perfectly cooked. These folks know how to cook an egg exactly the way you ordered it. Perfectly over easy, poached or scrambled. The hollandaise was on point. The little corn waffles in the Benedict were such a perfect little treat! Love the bourbon barrel maple syrup. So many little touches that make this brunch above and beyond. Will definitely be back with the entire family!

Date night was a blast 💥 I’m glad I chose this place. The food was amazing and I really really loved the service. It felt like family. Honestly, it felt like I was visiting family and enjoying some GREAT bbq! We’re going back to try the entire menu 😂 The veggies were so delicious and my salmon was —NO words.. The price was right and they gave me a lot of food. I had leftovers 😁...

We live right down the street, and my kids have been dying to try out Frank's Place since it opened. We finally got a chance to try it out for dinner tonight, and it did not disappoint. My husband and I shared the BBQ bonanza so we could try out a few different meat options. My kids sampled from our plate and had the chicken tenders and fries from the kids menu, which they devoured. Everything was absolutely delicious!! The service and atmosphere inside the restaurant were also excellent. We will definitely be adding Franks to our...
