Dunkin' — Restaurant in East Greenwich Township

I’ve been coming to this Dunkin for almost 2 years. I’ve always gone inside! After they kept getting it wrong. One young lady would make my order daily, with no issues. (Hence, why I gave it 3 stars). Each time I’ve gone through the Drive Thru the woman working literally over talks you. (If you would just hush up and listen. Perhaps you’ll get my order correct.) When I get to the window my order is completely wrong. I ask for caramel and get mocha. Instead of making another she just scoop the whip cream off top. Meanwhile mocha is still mixed in at the bottom. I asked for her to remake it. She decided she was still going to give me what she wanted me to have. I was so angry that I ask them to cancel my order and I just pulled off. It’s truly frustrating they can’t get a simple order...

It’s comical to listen to the complaints. Dana and Philly are the sweetest, kindness and most caring people in ANY Dunkin’. I go there solely for them. The food is amazing, the line is fast and they ALWAYS get my order correct. Matter of fact, if I happen to go to a different dd for any reason, I feel like I’m cheating on them!! Please do not pay attention to any negative reviews. I promise this will be the best experience of any Dunkin’ you will go to! As for the review of the guy who said they called the cops; yes! That’s what happens when you throw something at someone’s face. Not to mention a grown man threatening to beat up a woman. I witnessed the whole thing. Clearly, a 2k fine handed out by a judge is only given to people who don’t do anything...

I usually go to this Dunkin since it’s on my way to work but I don’t think I will anymore. The lady who takes orders is very rude and unpleasant. She’s always in a rush and the orders gets messed up. Last week I ordered egg and bacon on an English muffin and when I got to work and opened it up it was just bacon. No egg or anything else. The following week when I went again and mentioned it to the lady all she said was “oh”. No apologies or anything. And every time I go through the drive through I can hear the employees getting loud with each other. They’re always yelling and seem rushed when there is no one else on the line behind me so there’s no need to be rushed. It’s just all around an unfriendly atmosphere and I will not be going...
