ECO Coffee House is my favorite spot to grab coffee! Susan puts so much love and pride into crafting all of her food and beverages and it shows. She makes all of her own sauces and syrups (which is hard to find these days) to create her delicious drinks! The Samoas Latte is one of my personal favorites in the summer. I’m always willing to spend a little bit more to support this small business that delivers great coffee and food every time. I love that Susan also supports other small businesses by utilizing local bakers, farmers, and brewers for her dishes. The only disappointing thing about ECO is that it’s not open every single day.

Early Saturday morning, on a long, hot, sweaty bike ride we stopped in East Hampton for a snack and an iced coffee. It was early, just after 8 or so, and we hit up the Black Walnut for a donut and a muffin, but alas, they don’t serve coffee. ECO coffee, located across the street, wasn’t open until 9 but we sat on their outside chairs anyhow to discuss coffee options. The owner showed up and was happy to make us the finest iced americanos we could have ever asked for! Five stars for quality and an extra for going above and beyond. Highly recommended.

Incredible selection of drinks, beautifully prepared. I tried the avocado toast with feta and it was heaping with perfectly ripe avocado slices, chunks of feta, and seasoned with pepitas, balsamic glaze and garlic oil. Savory and perfect. I also got an iced wild blueberry matcha oat milk latte. Not only was it the prettiest drink with layers of dreamy colors and sparkles, but tasted just as dreamy with sweet and earthy flavors. Absolutely wonderful!

Well, I'm glad they are in town. It's a nice artsy place to meet and good to have more activity in our little center. Only 4 seats at the bar and it's tight in that space for ordering and the life stacks quickly with not much room for anyone else to staff No one complained at all about any of the drinks. I had kombucha from the tap. Hibiscus something and it was better than I expected. The barista offered a taste first which I really appreciated and it sealed the deal. The barista is the owner I believe and in my opinion she is a touch quirky. She seemed, to me, to vascilate back and forth between overly polite and kind to a little bossy and curt. There was 4 of us and she seemed a bit flustered by our not knowing the process on our first visit. While people were reading the menu I ordered my kombucha and then she said can you all just tell me what you all want at once. Not everyone was ready and then we felt rushed and as if we didn't do it right. Oh well! Retail can be tough on both sides of the counter I suppose. 16 oz. Kombucha was 6 bucks. A bit pricy for my tastes but in line I think in a shop. You'd think the tap would make it less but it didn't. We spent 20 bucks on the 4 drinks and a cookie. Probably reasonable and worth it to have the...

Great little shop with some good homemade drinks and food as well I tried some soup that she made from scratch and it was amazing which I wasn't expecting to get from a coffee shop. One thing I would like to see as she gains popularity is to see her hopefully get her bigger place for herself she has to potential for it so we'll have to wait and see the only thing I will advise everybody of that might turn some people away as it's not like Dunkin' donuts with cheap coffees she has much better but for the same reason more expensive ones so just keep in mind and maybe a little bit more than what you used to spending but it is totally worth it. There is a couple chairs for seating around the building but very limited for the most part it's the type of place where you grab what you need and be on your way. Which is why like I said before I would like to see your bigger place at one point cuz she really should have a full restaurant for herself versus just a coffee shop in my opinion bottom line is if you got the money for it and you want some good stuff that's worth every penny...

Worst coffee experience

Today was the first time I have stepped into this restaurant and it's going to be my last. I came in with bunch of my friends for a quick meal and a coffee. The hostess name "Susan" was very rude from the beginning. We ordered 3 cappuccinos and she made it with 2 shots of espresso for an 8oz (Small). We politely asked if she can make us another coffee with only 1 shot and her response was very rude and she said 'this is the only way how I make it'. We couldn't drink the coffee and had to throw all of them away. She don't know what 'extra hot' means. What a shame! Simple requests like extra hot coffee were treated like impositions. The overall disdainful attitude and treating every customers like they owe them something. Customers don't care why you hate your job, they just want to drink, eat and go. Me and my friends are never going back to this place again. Such a...
