Dunkin' — Restaurant in East Hanover

I'd give them a ZERO STAR RATING if i could. SAVE YOUR MONEY & TIME! Absolutely RUDE! The workers are nasty and judge you for what you order! I decided to try out this local dunkin as it was one I never tried before. Wanted to get some quick food for myself and coworkers. Part of the order was (6) orders of the snackin bacon. The lady questioned me as if I didn't need to order 6. (Fat Shaming) In a shocking voice goes... 6 ORDERS!?! Mind you that wasn't even half of my order. As well I understand wanting to confirm the order if she may have misheard me but there is a proper way to ask. For example : "Okay no problem, 6 orders is that correct?" Ultimately its so messed up that people have nothing better to do other then waiting around all day until they feel comfortable to make others uncomfortable and feel disrespected. Mind you there is a sign outside that says "UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT" There must have been a typo because it should of said "PERMANENTLY CLOSED" SHAME ON THE WORKERS! If you if want to JUDGE PEOPLE idk maybe DON'T WORK for a job in the CUSTOMER SERVICE field!...

Rude customer service today. I was ordering one dozen donuts. The employee was on the phone, which is poor customer service and he was doing this while he was getting my order ready. When I asked for a dozen donuts, he aggressively grabs random flavors of donuts. He on purposely not grabs the chocolate glazed donuts, which is a desirable flavor. He keeps grabbing all the flavors I do not want. I asked him a couple of times to change donuts and when he does he keeps throwing out the sheet he used to grab the new donuts and then he eventually gets irritated with me. Then, he grabs one of his coworkers to the front, because maybe that guy is a manager. When I am finished changing donuts, he says in a rude tone, "Good now?!?" This is terrible customer service and he should be fired for this. Bhavesh P. is the cashier name on my receipt. He was obviously busy on the phone and was hoping I would not bother him about...

Came here around 7:50am n the employee was outside on the phone. I ordered 1 donit and hashbrowns and had 2 wait 10 minutes and I was the only 1 there. He said I was waiting 4 the oven 2 warm up but y wasn't it warming up while u were outside?? Then he took them 2 the back n it tasted like they were microwaved instead. Nothing extra was given for my wasted time. I won't b back. I will go 2 the one with a drive thru up the street. And the tables were already dirty like...
