if you want your drink to be made properly the first time then go in the morning, the ladies are much more attentive than the guy in the afternoon . told the guy at the speaker that i wanted a medium iced latte with butter pecan & sugar, pulled up to the front, he asked me if it was a hot or iced TEA, i said it was an iced LATTE. he then went ahead & made me a HOT TEA, i repeated myself & said it’s supposed to be an iced latte & he caught an attitude & went back to make it. he comes back with a HOT latte…i didn’t even get a chance to tell him how my iced latte was supposed to be made the first time because he walked away saying “i just got here” getting mad because HE chose not to listen the first nor the second time, so he was really making himself mad because i was being patient when i had to KEEP repeating such a simple drink to him, guess he left his listening ears at...
Read moreUpdated review... The morning crew is always the best. They are fast and I never come across incorrect orders. The afternoon and weekend crew well that's a whole different ball park. They never ever make iced coffee the way I order it. It's made however they feel like it. I repeated the order about 3 times waited in line forever to get an incorrect order made and then handed the iced coffee out the window with coffee around the top and sides with no napkins mind you. For all the money that is spent at Dunkin... all we deserve in return is the correct order.

Their paper thin $5 breakfast tastes like plastic and wouldn’t nursing a field mouse. I’ve never felt more hungry after eating something in my life.
The $6 bagel egg sandwich, coffee and hash browns were a good deal. But now that they took it away and serve basically an empty paper bag for $5 it’s so far from value.
Won’t be long until Dunkin ends up like Subway after they got rid of the $5 foot long.
