Starbucks — Restaurant in East Lampeter Township

This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with this location today was just the icing on top. Majority of the associates that work here are pleasant except for those miserable few. I’m going through drive thru, I order the Oleato shaken expresso, I guess it’s a crime to pronounce things wrong because the girl that was taking my order had her coworker next to her who I’m guessing is also the one that made my drink comment “if you can say it right” after hearing me order, she has no clue I heard her I’m assuming . At first it did not register until I got the window, soon as I did I was expecting to address this with that associate but I was told she was somewhere out back. To top it off im assuming that same girl made my drink it did not match what I ordered nor did it match what the picture looked like. I only tried this drink today for the first time because a friend of mine had purchased it 30 minutes prior so I wanted to try one myself. Normally I love this location. I'm never waiting to long, employees are usually really nice and outgoing and it's the closest location to my house. Except today. The person they had working at the drive thru window today around 11:10 am ( a brunette girl) she was so beyond negative it put such a bad taste in my mouth. I haven't seen her before but I don't usually come at this time so idk. She was like here you go with this disgusting look on her face and then I tried to warn her that the money was about to fly out of the tip jar because it's windy so she might want to put a rock on it or something and she legit rolled her eyes made a sound of disgust and pulled both tip jars inside and then I was like can I have a straw and she was like HERE so angry and slammed the window shut before I could even say thank you. I have been getting the exact same drink here since June 5th. Very friendly until I had a question. I went into the store today, 8/7/25. It has been a very hot summer, and I go through the drive thru on Greenfield Road, okay, I have asked for same exact order and size...
