Mr. Wings Pizza & Pasta — Restaurant in East Lansdowne

Just wow. Used to love coming here. My experience today was less than stellar.

First there are no hairnets in sight.

Secondly when making mention of that another customer decided to start looking me and my girlfriend up and down. At that point the customer and male behind the counter started whispering. After letting the customer know we weren't talking to him the female behind the counter decided to enter the conversation stating "oh customers only do this because they know we can't say anything back." No one was even talking about the workers. That's problem two.

Third problem, had she not been so in their conversation she could have gotten my order right. I ordered a bbq chicken and she put in for a buffalo. Then had the nerve to ask me if it was ok to just put bbq sauce on top. Um no. Make a new on please.

Four, to use the bathroom. Only one was available. The men's. There was no paper. Asked the young lady. They never went and got any.

Five, the cleaning person decided to start sweeping. That's fine but what bothers me is the fact that he didn't say excuse me or even ask us to move. No he just starts sweeping.

I have never had this type of service here. I am highly disappointed. I give the two stars only for the food.

Update. Reduced to one star. Pizza is bland. How is bbq chicken pizza bland?

I will NEVER order from Mr.Wings again!! They are rude! After telling me to keep my phone close by I waited for over AN HOUR for 2 hoagies to be delivered less than 5 minutes away. When calling to check on my order, they hung up on me twice without letting me speak, I had to literally yell “DO NOT HANG UP ON ME” the third time for the guy to actually listen. Then he got smart saying that they were closed but he’s taking debit card info over the phone. He tells me that my order is on the way and a few minutes later the delivery guy calls. He does not have the debit card machine that I was told he would have when I tried to prepay for my order over the phone initially. The driver tells me to call in to give my card information, ONLY FOR THEM TO HANG UP ON ME AGAIN!! The driver called from his phone, and they almost hung up on him too! The driver and lady answering the phone argued for a minute or two, then she put the first guy back on the phone to see what the issue was, once I told him I needed to pay he gave the phone back to the lady and she took my card info. Completely unprofessional! I told them I would not be ordering from them ever again simply because of how...

My family has ordered from here years ago, it was great. Today, my husband spent 80$ on lunch ( 2 flavors of wings, large pizza, grilled chicken salad, mozz fries, and chicken cheese steak) the fries were overcooked, not alot of cheese, pizza was okay, the sandwich was super dry even with ketchup, and the chicken in the salad had too much oregano and olive oil, it didnt agree with my stomach. Very disappointed, we literally threw everything out except the wings, the wings were good. I called and asked to speak with the owner, he answered and apologized but had an answer for everything, telling me how he prepares and cooks, "oregono is good for you and smells good" ive never had a salad with that much or any oregano on it. He only was willing to send a new order of fries which my husband didnt want. Upside the delivery was fast and the order was right...
