Pizza Paradise — Restaurant in East Lansdowne

Please DO NOT, DO NOT order from this place!! After a very long day of enjoying the city I had guests over my home and they had “HAIR IN OUR FOOD” 🤢🤮!! I ordered two pizzas and there was “HAIR” in not only one pizza!! But “HAIR WAS IN TWO PIZZAS”! They were very rude to my family. The receptionist was very rude, and was cynical he was insinuating that my family was lying upon requesting a refund. Very, very poor customer service experience bottom of the barrel customer service. I have never been cursed at and debated because our order was soiled and had their hair baked all in it. Now we were regulars here for a long-time but they did not care.

They also use a ton of profanity in that environment and quite frankly I get the idea that they do care about their customers the way I hear them say things back there. Furthermore, after them having hair baked into in our pizzas, they tried to deny my family a refund and they fought to deny us it. Once we proved their was hair in our food, they insinuated that my family had to drive to pick the pizzas and leave our residence, once again on a busy day all over again and traffic filled streets again instead of delivering it. My family was talked down to by the male receptionist, dismissed, my family was told we were lying, my family was told that “it was weird that we found hair in our food” accusing my family of lying, and then to top it off, we were hung up on. All while trying to maintain courtesy, and respect, this is how they treated us. We still haven’t gotten to the bottom of this.

Listen, save yourself a headache plus some money, and avoid this place like the plague. You would have thought someone shaved their face over your food and baked it. Just save yourself the headache. Not a biased review it is just our experience and wanted to share it in case people had a similar experience just so you know this is not the first time something like this...

If I could give this pace zero stars I would.This place is the by far the worst place to order from. My boyfriend and I went there and order two crispy chicken sandwiches. We waited almost a half an hour before the young lady in the front noticed people that came in after us was getting their food and we were just still sitting there. So I walked up to the counter because the young lady was seeing if the food was ready. I asked her about how much longer will it be. The other older women that is always at the counter stated I don’t even know where I ticket is. So she asked me what we order I told her exactly what we order and then she found the ticket and reprinted it to the kitchen. At the point my boyfriend and I was irritated due to the long wait, she apologize about it and offer a two litter soda as if that would satisfy us waiting and not even being noticed until the other young lady said something. Who in there right mind would still want to wait for food that they ordered a half hour again to only be told that it was never made to begin with. You would think the manger/ owner whoever the man is that looks like he owns the place would of been apologetic that man stood right there in the front and was just looking like oh well. Poor customer service absolutely the worst ever had. I told the older woman that I wanted my money back. She said okay and she was sorry then she had the nerve to said okay $8.16 I said no it’s was $18.16 so if I didn’t noticed I believe this woman would’ve give me $8.16. Out of pure convenience being as they are up the street , my household typically orders from here. Pizza is good I don’t try too many other things off the menu other than that. if you don’t pick your own food up from them the food quality is poor and very cold and I’m just down the street.

Overall the customer service is beyond trash except for this one lady who usually works the register at night , I love her! Wish I knew her name so she could get some recognition. Every time she’s not working it’s by far the worst customer service, even the so called “manager” is very rude. I been holding off making a review cause i just don’t really be caring but after today and the rude hang up from the “manager” because I simply asked to pay over the phone and neither decided to want to do their jobs. I really could keep going on the numerous times I’ve had problems with them.
