As an American human being, I’ve had an insurmountable amount of burgers in my time. I had the pleasure, nay the privilege, of trying their bacon smash burger today. It was incredible. The potato bun was fresh and bouncy and not soggy and crisp. The meat was delicious and fatty and perfectly seasoned. The bacon was pristine. The pickles weren’t too acidic to draw away attention from the fatty saltiness of the meat. And they had this sauce that I need to learn how to recreate because it added this smoky spice unctuousness to this burger.
