Jim's Burgers #8 — Restaurant in East Los Angeles

BEST TUNA SALAD IN THE WHOLE WORLD! Veggies always crisp, fresh and tasty. This is the only location that offers such a delicious Tuna Salad. It comes with tomatoes, one hard-boiled egg, cheese, fresh salad vegetables, a dressing of your choice and the freshest ingredients in the tuna such as celery. Now, I have tried a tuna salad in every location in a 50 mile radius from this location, nobody else's salads compare to this location. Fries are always golden no matter what, full of flavor. Let's face it, this economy is not the best, but, your food should be good quality and a nice size amount to get you full. Jim's still serves a healthy meal, and large portions. Thank you Jim's, for still providing fresh delicious food, during a Time when most restaurants have given up offering friendly quality Service along with delicious food made right, made with love, made like you just walked into your auntie and uncle's kitchen for some serious grub, and got full and happy with a smile. So if you are skeptical and came to the review section for an opinion, trust me when I tell you I give people my honest true opinion as I have so many reviews on my account for multiple locations. I am not the easiest person to please but Jim's always gets all my orders correct over and over for years! I always order for myself and others, and the food is always delicious! This place is 0 stars. Why? Here's my story. My friend and I had walked by this place with my leashed service dog on our way back from our walk. We were outside for about a minute debating what to get before walking to order. The man in the blue shirt was there at the cashier order watching us. My friend walked in and to order but of course the menu is vast and I was still having trouble deciding what to get and at this point he still staring at me. It wasnt until a little after when I walked in that he asks what we would like to order. I politely told him I wasnt ready yet because they all looked so good and so if I could have a moment (burgers or nachos) . I told my friend to order first and I would after him. When my friend was going to order, the cashier told him I had to wait outside. My leashed service dog has to be outside. I was surprised because I was inside with him with no problem. So I asked him why? He kept saying no dogs allowed. My leashed serviced dog who been patiently sitting this entire time. The guy insisted for me to be outside to take our order. FOOD We've visited this place twice in the past 2 weeks and the food is excellent. The first time ordered onion rings, soda, and burger and everything taste delicious! The onions rings are the best I've had in quite a while. The burger was delicious and everything fresh. The second time which was today we ordered French toast breakfast and a carne asada plate. Both were very delicious! The salsa for the carne asada plate was perfect. The tenderness of the asada meat and the seasoning was perfect and the rice was very good as well. Coffee was fresh and tasted great. CUSTOMER SERVICE Is wonderful here. Friendly faces lots of smile. Great energy! CLEANLINESS This place is clean, smells clean, looks clean and we had a great experience. We will be returning often.
