LA Pupuseria EL Pepeto — Restaurant in East Los Angeles

There was a fly (dead obviously) inside the pupusa. Ok so I placed a phone order went to pick it up. I get home super excited to have pupusas for dinner I opened the pupusa and then grab a piece and it was delicious until I discovered the fly. So Grossed out I stopped eating immediately. I called the restaurant and person who answered was horrible at customer service, she basically said "Oh really oh ok well I guess you don't want us to make you another one right .. Ok oh ok ... sorry" The fact that she implied I didn't want her to make another pupusa for me made me not trust her and I'm not driving back for another pupusa because I don't trust this restaurant anymore. Gross!...

Horrible customer service, I ordered a salvadorean horchata and it was tasting so bad like expired.... I asked the owner to change it for me, but he refused. I have been coming here for so long. I've been to this restaurant a couple of times, the food is fair. I called today to place a carry out order - only to realize that the man on the line couldn't here me. He hung up, I dialed again and he, again, was unable to hear me... put that didn't stop him from cursing at me and being VERY rude!
