Octavio’s Restaurant — Restaurant in East Los Angeles

Food is good.... However the owner has no sense of customer service. My mom and dad went for breakfast, when they got the check they overcharged them. My dad asked why was the overcharge. When he complained to the waitress the owner came and said that the right price was outside the restaurant not to go by the menu prices and if he wasn't okay with it to leave without paying and not to come back never again. Very rude on her side. My dad said that the money wasn't the issue, but why have two different prices, the owner didn't care about losing a customer oh well. My father paid his check at the end without the overcharge. The waitresses had great customer service except...
