So over the past month we visted 4 of these. I am not a coffee drinker, I prefer sweet and thick chia. But my friends like ice coffee so we checked them out. Each shop is different in this area. In some the staff is more friendly in others sort of rude and short tempered. A poorer D&D, not as well kept, but in general a better coffee I am told. I had never had the cinnamon sticks and will in the future stop in for those. I was hoping for a better experience. Because I find a lot of D&D's very rude. And more expensive. Their coffee is very bitter. So I won't give up on Honey Dew quite yet... but be selective in which ones I go to. PS, most of the Honey Dews didn't have public restrooms. Not sure that is legal. Read moreEver since the remodel, the service has been less than stellar. The young person who took my order today took 20 minutes to make an egg and cheese sandwhich on a bagel. It was only me and 1 other person. They seemed forgetful as well. And it seems they never have more than 1 person working at a time. Which doesn't seem fair to the staff. I have a feeling it's management and not the staffs fault, but service is generally very slow and but the time I get food, it's cold.
