I love long John silvers but I will NEVER return to this one due to ONE employee. There was a smaller older women in front of my husband and I ordering. She just had a couple questions about some of the meals and combos, because she was ordering for her family At home, and the guy behind the counter was a complete arrogant jerk to her. He had a head set on with a blue hoodie so I assume he does the drive thru orders. she asked him if he roughly knew about how many small pieces came in and order because she was ordering for her grandson he rudely snapped back to her and told her I don’t know I don’t count them. That was just one of the rude comments that he gave to her during the process of her ordering. then he didn’t even have the audacity to hand her her meal. As soon as she went to reach out to it, he hurry up and put it on the counter and rudely walk away from her with a dirty look on his face. then, when it came time for us to order, he completely walked away, and a younger guy. I believe his name is Ian and came to the counter. It was very nice. I wish the women would have had the same treatment. Ian needs a raise that other jerk needs to go. I went up to the counter and asked for two to go containers, grabbed them didn’t respond, rolled his eyes and kind of tossed them to me.
I know some customers can be a bit much, but she was the furthest from it. She was too nice even know he was being so mean to her. Heartbreaking if you hate your job find a new one. Food was...
Read moreNever write bad reviews but it's getting insane ordering from these people. Won't be doing it anymore which is insane cause the food isn't horrible when it is cooked right. I know what it's suppose to be because I used to work there before I grew up. The last 2 or 3 times ordering the foods been horrible. The chicken is always old and dry from them leaving it in the warmer and trying to put it back in the fryer when it's ordered. They charge 4 dollars for a piece of chicken and don't think they should make it fresh at that price. I knew cooks who used to do that who'd be fired when it was half that price. I've figured the first couple times that they were probably busy and stuff happens but when I order there and theres not one car in the parking lot or in the drive threw and it's somehow worse blows my mind. I spend over 60 dollars every time and get this. It comes down to laziness and making a bunch of a product so they don't have to when it's ordered so they can smoke and do whatever drugs. If you ask for fresh they will throw a couple pieces on top to hide the garbage. No wonder why every other store is going or went out...
Read moreMany years ago our family used to buy buckets of fish at the Long John's Resturant on McKnight road in Pittsburgh. My deceased mother loved this fish and it was soooooo delicious. Well for the last few months, I have noticed that this resturant had an all you can eat fish special on Sundays. My wife and I made plans and yesterday we visited for this special. Our overall experience was awful and we will never return to any Long John's resturant. The resturant was dirty and greasy, the employees appeared unkempt, the condiment counter was also greasy and needed attention, the fish pieces was 80% breading and the breading on some of the fish was as hard as a rock. The Cole Slaw was very good, but the green beans were also greasy. The employees were very friendly. My wife only ate one piece of fish and the Cole Slaw. I tried removing some of the breading to locate the thin small amount of fish hidden under the breading. The taste of fish was greasy good but their was not enough fish in each piece to make it worth the calories. I guess that if the price is too good to be true then everything else should...
