Cousins Subs — Restaurant in East Troy

The service is usually okay, but ever since this place has gotten new management, it's gone to be somewhat worse. The worst thing is that they don't speak much English, and they have accents, which makes it hard to understand them at times.

This place is usually clean though and the food is usually good for the most part. The cheese curds are always hot when I get them and crispy. So... it's not terrible, but it could use some improvement. Communication between the people that work their could be better. There's only 2 people working there right now, it seems like.

When they play the music, it's either too loud or it just randomly stops. I don't know if they're doing that, but it does get annoying after a while. Half of the time the music they play doesn't make sense.

I'll be make sure to try and update this in a few months to see if things have improved or if management will step up and do...

Everytime we come to Cousins our food order is wrong in some way. One time, my husband ordered a veggie sandwich with no cucumber. When we got back home all it had on it was spinach, cheese, mayo and cucumber.

Our group also ordered salads once with meat on them and then when we got home, there was no meat on the salad.

Lastly, one of our friends ordered a meatball sub and they put mayo on it, when he did not ask for it.

We shouldn't have to open our sandwiches and salads every time we leave to make sure the order was right. When paying $10 for a sub the order should be correct.

The food is good, which is why we still go there. We were tired of Subway, but at least there you can see they are putting the right things on your...

Good food...Sometimes. New ownerships made it a little weird, kind of a language barrier. Weird like, "ascend to heaven" music id call it. Like some angels or something idek... The pop is watery, off flavor. Id say the inside is too empty just really uncomfortable, maybe add a tv with some sports on and change up the music??? Just a really weird environment, Christmas bows and empty command strips? They don't really tell you what they have to put on your food either you really have to ask... like ya have to interrogate id say to see what options ya have....Overall, this place fell off. Hopefully some changes to the inside "look" of the restaurant. Very off putting. Good for mobile...
