Culver’s — Restaurant in East Troy

I LOVE this location. Manager Luke is the backbone of this Culver’s, as I am always most satisfied when he is working. The staff, especially Luke, are outstanding and pleasant to engage with. No other concrete mixers have been as wonderful as the ones I receive from East Troy. This Culver’s is superior to all others, and I believe this is due to Luke’s employment. This is my favorite restaurant, 10/10, would definitely recommend. Anyone who says otherwise is wrong, and my Culver’s expertise exceeds theirs. I would say visiting the East Troy Culver’s should be in everyone’s bucket list. I have visited many Culver’s locations throughout Wisconsin and can say with confidence that this is the best one. It was opened less than a year ago, and it has been amazing since day one. I believe that it will continue to be great (as long as Luke is working), and I am excited to watch it grow. We live in east troy and we were happy that they were opening a Culver's here, we love Culver's and is one of our favorite fast food places for year's and we came on the first day evening and yes it was packed, but they brought us the order all wrong, second time, same, third time my son went to get some ice cream they made him wait like 10 minutes holding one of the ice creams dripping all over him he had to go and let them know he was waiting for the rest of the order all he gets is I'm sorry and a blue chip, he said that even some of the kids working there were like smiling like if it was funny☹️yes I understand is a New place and they are young kids, but if they cannot do the job right then they should not be working there, we will continue to go to Mukwonago Culver's Even if is a little far of until they changed...

Honestly very dissatisfied. Spent 70 dollars on the order and got literally nothing that wasn't mediocre at best. The highlights of the dinner we had was the fish dinners. By highlights I mean I'd like to highlight how gross and bad it was. The fish was extremely doughy and soggy I will be posting pictures words don't do it justice. Got Chilli cheese frys with almost no Chilli on them. Got an 8 piece buffalo tenders they were soggy as well. The 2 spicy chicken sandwiches we got were crispy but almost too crispy they were dark and dry. I feel like the whole meal was slapped together and rushed.
