Genoa Pizza — Restaurant in East Troy

I ordered a large pizza, bread sticks and a pan of lasagna. I paid for the dinner with my credit card. The lasagna was not delivered. Miguel, the owner received my call and apologized promising to refund the $12.50 pan of lasagna. He never did.

I came in tonight to order a pizza and claim the refund from the lasagna I bought and he never delivered. He offered me a $10 credit. I told him he needed to extend a $12.50 credit as he has my $12.50 from the lasagna I paid for and never received. Miguel said he would only refund $10. How does that make any sense?

For this reason I will not purchase from his business anymore. I am a local and do not recommend Genoa pizza from a business whose owner knows he has cheated you however has no desire to make it right. If I could give negative stars I would.

If you want to receive what you pay for then buy your Pizza from Barleys. Better pizza and only...

Ordered today Sunday 3-15 around 6:15 the girl answering the phone wasn't the usual, she talked like I was bothering her, and very short. Even asked if they were too busy to take my order. Shoulda just hung up....Went to pick up and same girl, asked if I ordered under a different name, she couldn't find my order, after some discussion at the oven with, I assume the owner, I was told it would be a bit longer. I don't even think she gave them my order, when I called. After about 15 minutes or more a young man brought out the box. Usually it fills the car with a great pizza smell, but I could smell a burnt smell. More than half was burnt we salvaged whatever we could due to the time. We usually get Genoa at least once a month, or maybe more if family is over. The last time they let us down, no order when I went to pick up, we stayed away for a year. So needless to say, we will not be ordering...

I had ordered a pizza for delivery last night. I ordered a family size cheese pizza. I was told over the phone that the total would be $18. When the delivery driver arrived she had told me that my total was $20. I found it strange that the total had changed from the time I hung up the phone to the time my pizza was delivered. I called genoas to ask what my total was again and they had said it was $18. I’m just confused on where the $20 came from? As I don’t understand how you could get 20 from 18... and the lady on the phone said the copy said $18. I’m a little upset that I was lied to about my price when I had even tipped the lady. Unfortunate this...
