Hardee’s — Restaurant in Easton

I have been going to this Hardee’s for the last 8+ years and have always gone back daily during the week for breakfast. One of our favorite reasons of going was the employees. My crew and I met the sweetest shift leader Megan many years ago and even though she seemed shy, she always had a great attitude, smile on her face and always made sure that our order was hot and fresh. After a while she knew exactly what we wanted. We were very excited to hear she was going to train for a management position even though that would take her from this location to the one in Cambridge for a little while. I can say I was honestly disappointed when I was told that she would not be back because apparently there is no position open for her there NOW. How are YOU at corporate ok with this?? This is a young lady that worked hard (many years in that store), had many of us as regular customers, and treated us like family. I’m sure she did not speak up, as that is her being the type of person that she is. I think it is wrong, and my crew and I now drive 20 minutes to Cambridge instead 5 minutes from my business. This is my entire family's favorite location! Always fresh food, very little wait time, & the staff is always very pleasant too! Our last time here we came in about 20 mins before close & still didn't have to wait very long for food for a family of 6! We were rung up by the young African American pregnant woman & she was such a total sweetheart! My 2 boys loved her bc of how sweet & genuinely nice she was to us all! We stopped in for a quick bite to eat while we were on our long drive back to Baltimore from Salisbury. This is the location we typically stop at on our drive to or from Salisbury because of how good the food is, how fresh it always is, & how nice & sweet the staff are every single time we stop in. Doesn't matter day or night it never fails to be a great fast food stop for our family! Wow the quality of food has gone way down. It has been awhile since I have been to a Hardee's they used to have good burgers. the burger we got had no flavor and just grease just dripping off them. My wife ordered regular chicken sandwich, on the receipt it says regular chicken sandwich, she got a spicy chicken sandwich. The fries where hardly cooked. We ate like 3 of them. So I wasn't going to complain just leave and never eat Hardee's again. I just wanted to throw the disgusting food in the Dumpster and go when the mgr came out and made us dig the trash out of the Dumpster cause they use it for recycling. I have always wondered why I never see Hardee's anymore...
