Small, hidden gem! From outside it is a bit ominous, with a teeny parking lot that's shared with a liquor store, however, don't let that deter you. Inside it's surprisingly spacious, tables are distanced, and it's impeccably clean. Ingredients are up front and you can see how well everything is kept. There was one server (hey that's just how things are now) but she was hustling and did a phenomenal job keeping up with dine in, phones and carryout. I ordered the beef teriyaki roll, which was interesting and delicious, the beef was tender and flavorful, spice was just right, packed tightly in rice and wrapped in nori. I also had an AAC (Avocado, Asparagus and Cucumber), veggies were fresh, bright and crisp. The rolls came with a miso soup as well. I cannot comment on the restrooms because I did not use the facilities. I will definitely be visiting here again for lunch in the future.

I don't get the hype, this is stuff I could have gotten out of the freezer section at Kroger. Pictured is the chicken noodle stir fry I just bought. See any chicken or veggies? Nope, because there's not much of any and the teeny tiny pieces of chicken in there are dried out and nasty. The vegetables look like the trash the chef has on his cutting board. My husband's beef noodle stir fry is the same and my son said his ramen tasted like it came from a package, and not the good Shin Ramen either. These dishes were expensive. I have no idea about their rolls but by the quality and lack of food from this order, it will be my first and last time there.

I ordered a Mexican Roll and an Avocado Salad. My order was supposed to be ready in 20 mins. I arrive and they had to remake my food because they gave my order away. I wait in the car while they remade my food, I go back in and the girl calls my order out as a Las Vegas Roll. That’s not what I ordered. Keep in mind I gave her my order over the phone and when I got there in person after they gave my order away. I’ve had Mexican Rolls at two other places and OMG delicious! This Mexican Roll was mediocre and not that good.. Safe to say I’ll be driving to Hamtramck or Westland for my Mexican Rolls!

Alright I never leave reviews. And honestly, I almost sadistically gave this place a one star rating just so I could keep this place to myself. However, the man (who I believe may be the owner) rolling sushi is incredible, creative, and a master of his craft. I mean I had a roll with kiwi on it (cool breeze roll) and I’ve never seen that anywhere. It’s perhaps my favorite roll I’ve had there so far. Service was courteous and attentive. The young man who served us was so sweet and professional. The rolls did not take long. I would say like 20min and that’s on a Friday night while Doordashers are just swarming in. I was impressed! I would have easily waited 30-40min for how decadent these rolls were. Price? I aint ballin but I think it’s affordable and modest. Like $12-14 for specialty rolls. For two people we spent ~55 bucks. You need to eat here and give this place your business. It is the treasure of Eastpointe and it needs to stay put. Anybody who hates on this place is crazy, hard to please or...

Excellent sushi! We were so happy to find out that the first sushi place around our neighborhood was opening, we usually come at least once a week. The restaurant is small, and always clean. You can watch the sushi being prepared by the chef at the counter and can eat there if you'd like, or at one of the tables. My current favorite is the Tropical Roll! It's different, but in a good way! Since the restaurant shares a parking lot with the liquor store next door sometimes it's hard to find a spot, but there's additional parking in the rear. I know as of today 8/11 they're looking to hire an experienced waitress. I hope they find one as the girl who has served us the last 2x is kind of hard to understand since she doesn't speak in your direction but I think she's new and probably inexperienced so I'm sure that could change! It won't deter us from continuing to return weekly. Carry out is always great too if you want to run in and out you can call it in and they'll usually have it ready...
