Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Eastpointe

Would give zero stars if I could. I typically order from here pretty frequently. However, over the past few months I noticed a big shift in pizza/food quality and customer service. It seemed to have been pretty bad and the food has not been as fresh. Nonetheless it’s still convenient and my sons fav. I ordered a pizza tonight for delivery. After I was just about finish with my last bite, I realized there was some kind of foreign object in my mouth. It was not pizza nor food. It was sharp, hard and very disturbing. I took it back to the restaurant and the young lady seemed very unbothered when I explained what happened. She then said ok i’ll make you another one. I politely declined and simply asked for my money back. She told me she could not give me a refund because she needed permission and her manager was not in. BTW she told me she was the manager on duty at the time. I’m like ok well we can call him and i’ll talk to him because this is unacceptable. Manager gets on the phone with me and is like well it’ll take a few days to process your refund. No concerns apologies or anything about if you are hurt or anything. I said i’m not waiting for a refund I need my money back now. After going back and forth he finally called the young lady and had her give me cash.

Y’all i’m so disgusted because I tried to go in and be nice to avoid this. But the lack of concern and customer service was absolutely ridiculous....

DO NOT GO TO OR ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!! I will NEVER spend money at this place again after tonight! 🤬 They are trouble in every way possible!!! You will never get what you pay for, they barely put any toppings or cheese on the pizza even when u pay extra for it, It’ll still taste like cardboard 🤦🏻‍♀️ Called in about my pizzas tonight and they acted like I was lying about my pizza nt having extra cheese as I paid for, spoke with Zach after I spoke with a lady, he wasn’t any better, telling me I’d have to bring the pizza back after I payed for it to be delivered..... I dnt see hw that made any since seeing that I clearly had it delivered because I couldn’t pick it up, so how would I be able to bring it back???? Would have been nice if they could have nicely made it over with what I paid for and delivered it as they should have! If I wanted to Make up things to “get another Pizza” I could have just told the truth! Both my pizzas was nasty,dry,& cardboard like, my philli steak pizza basically was a cheese,mushroom and green pepper pizza barely any meat maybe a piece or 2 on each slice smh Long story short, I wasted my money and my family didn’t eat dinner tonight Thanks dominos for nothing and taking my money and food out my kids mouths...

Worst "manager" ever!!! We order from this store frequently and have never had an issue like today. The wrong pizza was delivered and the driver was clueless and unapologetic. As an HR professional, I could tell he was under the influence of something. We called the store and spoke to a Manager who was extremely rude and continued to talk over me and we went back and forth explaining that we just wanted the correct pizza we paid for. This so called Manager hung up on me several times. It was clearly just a mistake that she could have easily resolved, but instead she was argumentative and disrespectful. I've never had worse customer service in my life. We decided not to receive the new pizza because we were afraid it would have been spit on, so we called back (again because she kept hanging up) and requested a refund for the one pizza. She declined to give a refund, but offered store credit that is useless because I will NEVER order from here again! I made one last attempt to contact the store and get the Manager's name but they would not answer. What a joke. The Manager was probably getting high...
