Sold me a $700 couch for $1400, threw in a “free rug” that I’ve already had to throw away because it was trash, low quality.. and had me pay $100 for delivery.. when I asked about free delivery because MOST furniture stores around offer that, he told me “my men have to get paid too” touché. Update to response: let me help you better understand, you sold me a couch for $1400 and I went to a local furniture store called “Black Dog furniture and mattress” and they had the same couch, same brand, same color for $700. They also said the same thing that they get their furniture from Ashley. Also, you told me that the couch had just arrived and it wasn’t even priced out yet and it was still in the box. Been shopping for a new loveseat. Went to numerous stores. Even gave up and tried resale shops. With low expectations of finding what we wanted, we went to Albert’s. This is where we met Hassan. The only one there. He juggled three sets of customers without making any of us feel less important than the others. And was still able to answer the phone. We found our dream piece of furniture only to find out it was a bit out of our price range. Not to be undaunted by this, Hassan went and made it possible for us to get our dream. All of customers were able to get our deals done and made to feel like we were VIP customers. In short, (too late) I would not only recommend Albert’s but deal with Hassan. Very poor service there items are over priced .I paid for a kitchen set upon checking it out. It looked as if it was used already because it had food stuck into the table out linings. One week later it started peeling and breaking .I paid a lot of money over a $1000.00. They wouldnt repair or replace it . I paid a lot of money i was upset the guy called me out my name , screaming at me .
