Friends Tavern — Restaurant in Eastpointe

It may be a small bar... and they may not have a draft system or a beer list, but they rock. And yes, they have food too and it is damn good. I had the burger and it was perhaps one of the best burgers I have ever had. The bartender thought they were out of jalapenos and a few other things on the menu so my only critique would be to stock more food. If it's on the menu it should be in stock.

Went there about 3 weeks ago, and noticed a beautiful lady get an entire crowd singing was shocked she wasn't running the karokee. Instead heard 1 woman w a guy they called Animal, totally talk nothing but bad about the only person who tried entertaining the crowd & did. The karokee lady was too drunk to read, but the other woman without missing a beat, jumped in. If I go back, I hope she is there tho she sat outside avoiding the gossip from this lady strictly...

Went there for the third time ever last night only to have the worst experience ever. I got carded because I have a baby face then gave her my debit card well I didn’t realize my card was shut off until the bar tender told me in the rudest way possible then when I told her and showed I had cash she told me “it’s no good”.
