Unfortunately, the last few times I've been there, the service has been awful; almost like you're an inconvenience when you ask for condiments or extra anything for that matter. They take old fries that have been sitting under a heat lamp and recook them and expect you to not notice, but unfortunately grease that isn't changed every 2-3 days, has a foul taste and the discoloration of the fries is also a pure give away. Service at this location over the last 3 years has completely deteriorated. The ice cream machine is constantly broken or "shut down for the evening." Which, I used to work there, and we weren't allowed to tear down machines until closing time. Also, there are precolored lights to let them know when the burgers/fried food is to be discarded, but they just disregard that and serve cold, unfresh food anyways. It's sad, because during the remodel when I worked there, we managed to serve fresh food even with half the building missing. Read moreWent there on Sunday August 8th and had a $40 order, got home and realized we were missing a spicy chicken sandwich. Called and spoke with Matt, was super apologetic and helpful. Told me to come through Monday after 3pm to get the one we were owed plus an extra for the trouble and say his name. Went Monday after 3pm, approximately 5pm. Told staff at speaker what I was being credited, and was told to pull up. When I pulled up a team member informed me that manager said we could get one. I asked to speak directly to manager, been working fast food for 27 years and never sent a team member to do 'dirty work'. When manager came to window her response was " My DM says if we give everyone who wanted a free sandwich an extra sandwich we wouldn't make any money." Finally after a 10 minute conversation we got what we were promised. Get home and the sandwiches were regular chicken, not spicy chicken. Just wanted to remind DM, for one upset customer you lose 10. I guess with less customers you won't mess up as many orders...
Read more9/14/24@10pm: manager on duty was super rude not just to me but also to employees! I waited over 10 minutes for my food in the drive thru. The manager with curly hair and glasses opened the drive thru window and asked “ who are you” I told him who I was and he said my order already cleared the screen and asked me what I had ordered so he can have the kitchen make it. Upon closing the window he started yelling at 2 female employees. The one that was standing next to him at the window looked really embarrassed for how the manager was acting. When he was handing me my food he opened the window and said “ here take your food!” Worst experience ever! Will only be at this location if this manager is not seen working. And side note: tell your employees the drive thru windows are not sound proof! Yes I am an A hole I waited way too long for my food and was getting frustrated!
