Casey's — Restaurant in Eau Claire

I had to pick up a doordash of 2 cookies and prepaid for gas on my way in...two cookies took almost 15 minutes for some strange reason...I got my door dash and went out to pump gas and the pump wouldn't turn on..I went back in and told the cashier...she said it timed out cause I took so long..very snotty...I said I was waiting on a doordash that took 15 minutes!!! She said whatever and went back to doing whatever she was doing...I asked if she could reset it...no reply so I went back in and asked again...again nothing...third time I went in she said..now u can pump your gas...skinny grey haired lady.....quite possibly the most unfriendly cashier I've encountered in my 54 years...I will not be returning to Casey's unless it's the last place to get...

What a horrid managed place. I use the app to order my pizza to pick up on the way home. 2 weeks ago, I had to wait 5 min while the manager and an employee complained to a customer about being short handed. Last week, I did my normal pizza order. I always got no onions, and it's on my order. The pizza had onions and when I brought that to the attention of the manager, he seemed not to care and was rude demanding to see my receipt. After waiting for another 20 mins and my other pizza getting cold. I got my pizza. The manager did not want to give me my receipt and I had to ask 2 times for the receipt. He finally gave me part of the receipt. Beware of this place and it's horrible...

Came back from a trip out west (where Casey's are numerous) to find there is now a Casey's in EC. One thing that differentiates them from places like Holiday or Kwik Trip are that they have a customer service window for food, vs. just hot and cold food cases. The location is convenient for West siders, since it is right on Clairemont and Cameron. I am curious to know why they kept the old branded logo when there has been a brand update, which is reflected on their packaging and other new Casey's. But that is not important, just curious. I will most likely continue using Kwik Trip since they have locations all over town, but I will stop here when I am on...
